It was a great place to stay breakfast was great friendly people and clean place to stay

Not able to use back door after 11pm

Great hotel for the price. The similar Holiday Inn Express was $236 for the same night on the US side of the border but this one is just as clean and comfortable, if not more so than any other place in the US. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom and shower are great, room AC is top notch. Super comfy bed. Lots of affordable eats within walking distance. Looking forward to the free breakfast tomorrow before we head back home.

The customer service & professionalism is extremely good. Everyone is super friendly and say good morning (hello). The breakfast is made with a lot of love because it’s absolutely delicious. The pool is climate controlled and nice. Will most definitely be coming back. There were no complaints whatsoever. They do a wonderful job of explaining how everything works & where everything is. No guest past 11pm which I think is wonderful to keep the place safe

I loved to stay in this hotel .. but this time I was a little disappointed!!I have been a reward’s member for year and every where I go I get greeted and offered amenities.. well guess what. Not this time . Supposedly!! Because I didn’t book through them I wasn’t in title to any amenities.. well I don’t agree

Everything was great about this hotel! Room was clean and smelled amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will be using this hotel every time we visit Piedras Negras.

It was awesome stay but I had already booked and had a price for 74 and they charged 121

Great staff goes out their way to accommodate your needs. Great breakfast buffet also
