The palace itself is very beautiful outside but from the star you can see that even the garden is unattended (grass not brushed, flowers almost dead). The receptionist actually greeted me, but no longer my boyfriend who speaks English (the booking was his name). No smile from you at the reception. The pillows were only found when ... And one of the first things she asked us to do was close the entrance door, because it would be ... She works in the hotel and in life I would not ask the guests for such a thing. After the form was filled out, there was still no government attempt to talk to my boyfriend. We were not asked for a nice stay, we were not explained where our room was, the receptionist only said where breakfast and dinner were and in what hours, still without a smile. The reception is full of leaflets and maps that do not need to be on the view ... It's good that they are but I don't necessarily have to see them. You can also see the open door to the office where you can see a mess. The room was very clean but not everything fitted. Most were modern but one table was an antique that didn't fit anything. When it comes to bed, it was two beds that were nothing connected and were rigged to it. They had very uncomfortable spring marathas. Very nice view of the mountains, no noise from the outside was heard. The book for guests again with unnecessary leaflets and maps. Very careless (smashed pages). The minibar was but not cooling. Before dinner we went by the receptionist several times and the receptionist never greeted us. The place saves dinner and selection of wines, at very good prices. Everything was very good, the portions were big. During dinner, we were served by a blonde waitress, the only one of the whole service was very nice. She welcomed us with a smile and, above all, tried to talk to us. Sometimes you can see a piece of the wall but there is no history of the place (except a short mention in the guest book). Very good breakfast in the morning, although at the moment it should not be a buffet as everyone touches everything ... I saw a few rooms on the way, each greeted despite being busy. When you check out by another recipient again, there was no English conversation, no question whether everything was liked. The service was missing training and I would not say that this hotel has 5 stars ...
Excellent
