Great boutique hotel. Perfect for what we needed which was something simple and affordable for a one night stay. Cute breakfast area. Bed was comfortable. Staff was courteous but didn’t go out of their way to be extra friendly.

My family and myself stayed there Friday night as we were attending a baseball game Saturday. Room was clean, affordable, and the staff was great! The free breakfast was decent for what you pay to stay there. Definitely would stay again for game day.

They would not allow us to stay. Said we were too local. We were trying to get closer to little john collessuim for my granddaughters high school graduation at 9 am. We live 30 miles away. I guess they thought we were going to party and tear the place up. Very disappointing.

went down to pick up my daughter from college! Have stayed there before. Hotel meets all basic needs, friendly helpful staff and can’t beat the price!! Stayed three nights so i could’ve use a pool!!

Do not stay here. I read reviews and everything was good. But when you are there and see the burnt eggs every morning for a week it's not work getting up at 6am. I was woken up at 415Am by two cockroaches crawling on my foot and ankle. I jumped out of bed and my husband and I immediately packed up our baby and our things and checked out. I asked for a manager and didn't get a call back for two days. The excuse I was given was that an exterminator was there a week ago and it was normal for some to still be there. That is inexcusable. There should be no pest infestation. I was offered a $25 walmart giftcard as an apology. I had to spend $200 on cleaning, and detailing and pest control sprays to make sure our belongings and car didn't have any roaches or eggs. DO NOT STAY HERE.

the air conditioner could not cool the room. afternoons were unbearable and nights were sweaty.
the lights are on auto, so if you did not move for 5 minutes the lights went off.
carpet was torn in places
avoid the free breakfast- egg omelet consisted of cheese and egg folded over- so hard that it didn't even bend when picked up at one end.
I could have tolerated all of the above, but not having AC in South Carolina was a bit much.

The property looks to be recently updated, but our room had ants on every surface except the beds. That was the only saving grace that there wasn't anything wrong with the beds.
The lady at the desk was nice, but the ants were still there when we checked out 2 days later.

This is great hotel close to Clemson University. Rooms very clean bed very comfortable. Good breakfast options with waffles, sausage, cheese omelette, sausage biscuits and more. No complaints. Will stay again.
