I checked in after a successful reservation on Ctrip on the evening of June 2, local time in the United States. At that time, I paid the full amount online to Ctrip. If you checked out at 10:00 a.m. local time on June 3 in the United States, at 11:00 a.m. before leaving the hotel, you also asked the front desk to ask whether the deposit guaranteed by the credit card will not be deducted? When we checked in the front desk clerk didn’t ask for picture ID, she just handed us keys. The first room she gave us had other people in it. She was not apologetic when we went back to the desk. She just seemed flustered and annoyed. She then gave us 1 key for another room from a binder of keys (do they not wipe the keys after each guest? - seems shady). We went to another room. The key did not work. We finally got the keys to a room that was clean, empty, and the key worked. The pool area was dirty littered with cigarette butts and bandaids.

Friendly, helpful, courteous staff. Very clean and comfortable accomodations. Plumbing was noisy and needs updating.

This property location is ok, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was recently renovated, but the overall property was dirty. Litter around outside not picked up and the bathrooms and floors were dirty. The pool was nice and clean, but the area could use a little hug. Dead plants, etc.

I the convenience to the college. They themed the hotel which made the atmosphere welcoming. Free breakfast was perfect to start the day. I had a waffle and a yogurt but there were many options. 10/10

Room was over all clean, just pee stains on the bottom of toilet from last visit, I assume.
