Days Inn by Wyndham Picayune

Rude and unprofessional Experience was horrible… the manager was not present when I arrived and I was told by another guy at the front desk that the manager would not be back in office until the next day. My check-in time said 3pm and after I arrived around 2:15, the front desk attendant told me that check-in time wouldn’t be until 4pm. I waited around until 2:45 and while waiting another guest entered the front desk and handed the step her check-in information and was granted a key to a room. I questioned the attendant at the front desk why did he grant this guest keys to a room but told me check-in couldn’t be until 4pm. My room was already paid for online. I thought that was rude and unprofessional to allow one guest to check-in while telling me i had to wait until 4pm. So I didn’t even stay at the resort, I couldn’t wait until 4pm, I had to go to work and I was trying to check-in before I had to go work. The attendant told me that the guest was already staying there but from what I saw the guest handed the attendant a cash payment and her license and the front desk attended then granted her with keys, while still telling me that there are no rooms available for check-in. I will never request to stay at the Days Inn in picayune, Ms

Don't stay here This was the worst stay we've ever had there. When we got there, we found the fridge was frozen up and half the lights either made noises or were burned out.

I checked in and inspected the room and immediately checked back out. There were roaches in the refrigerator.

The property was horrible. Roaches were nest in the corner of the bathroom. The room was not cleaned. There were cigarettes butts behind the dresser with a ladies fake fingernail. The drawers were full of trash & pennies & used utensils. There were no towels or accommodations. The refrigerator door was broken on the inside, exposing the fiberglass and the freezer was so frozen over that the door wouldn't close & was dirty with bugs. The air conditioner unit made a loud noise all night & myself and my guest couldn't sleep. No coffee in the morning. No pool or weight room as advertise. So asked for another room & the attendant said we would have to wait most of the day to move. I didn't move the first night, because my guest & are were expected at an event that started early & ended late & we were to tired to move. My guests & I were there because of my oldest son's wedding & were absolutely disgusted with both rooms

I didn't like the fact that the freezer in the fridge was iced over. There was no cups or coffee with the pot and the air conditioner was very loud all night. Also no bath mat had to use one of the two towels in the room. Other than that the stay was fine.

Disappointed no coffee maker or Wi-Fi , continental breakfast advertised and there was none.
