Room was a good size and well presented. But poor quality and intermittent internet and no fridge were annoying. Breakfast was well presented but a second coffee machine would have been good. Overall it was an ok stay.

Very tired and very basic and small rooms which were quite dark The lift was so old and noisy and the wooden doors to reception masked the exit so you never knew when to get off so often ended up in the basement The pictures were definitely not any of the rooms we stayed in – our rooms were damp, dingy, basic old furniture and in need of renovation The town of Piazza Amerina has very little for the tourist/traveller, and be warned its very hilly!! Wi-Fi only worked in the main reception and the breakfast room It was clean enough but looked unkempt rather than dirty, shower had no power to it and took a long while to get warm Quite noisy in the morning once traffic started – particularly motorbikes Staff were really polite and helpful Very cold concrete floors (bring slippers or flipflops) Breakfast was very basic, 2 juices, machin4 coffee, a few cakes and pastries, pots of sweetened yoghurts, minimal basic cheese ham Short drive to Villa Romana del Casale which was why our company select this hotel but really think better could be found in the area

In spite of previous statements from the management the wifi still does not work in the rooms. When I asked the desk clerk he had a very poor attitude and just repeated the password. Which is not helpful when the wifi does not work.

Albergo molto carino nel centro di Piazza Armerina quindi comodo per andare a spasso nella città vecchia. Abbiamo dormito in una camera spaziosa e pulita, sia la cena che la colazione erano squisite e tutto il personale gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo !

Struttura dalla posizione invidiabile a poca distanza dal centro storico e dalla Villa Romana del Casale. Camere ampie e pulite, personale cordiale e disponibilissimo, colazioni abbondanti e ben curate, pasti al ristorante di pregevole fattura. Consigliatissimo sia per l'uomo d'affari, sia per il turista in visita nell'entroterra che non disdegna di assaggiare le bontà della nostra cucina in un atmosfera prettamente familiare. Conto di ritornarci presto o comunque alla prima occasione utile.

L'hôtel est bien situé. Nous sommes allés à l'Etna, à la vallée des temples d'Agrigente, à la villa romaine du Casale et à Syracuse. Piazza Armerina est une jolie ville, sa cathédrale mérite une visite... L'accueil à l'hôtel est des plus chaleureux, plusieurs membres du personnel parlent français, tous font en sorte de rendre le séjour facile et de ne pas manquer les merveilles des environs. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu et dispose d'une très grande salle à manger. Les équipes des cuisines et d'entretien font également un travail remarquable.

Si è concluso da pochi giorni il raduno Transalp Trinacria 2024 che ha visto partecipi motociclisti da tutt'Italia. Ospite dell'Hotel ho ricevuto un benvenuto affettuoso e carico di entusiasmo degno della migliore accoglienza turistica. Mi ha sorpreso la cura in ogni dettaglio che tutto lo staff ha operato durante il soggiorno. Piccole cose che fanno la differenza. Accompagnata dai miei cani (due levrieri galgo) ho ricevuto tutte le attenzioni ad ogni livello. La cordialità e l'efficienza rendono ogni soggiorno sereno. Lieta davvero di essere stata una Vs ospite mi auguro di tornarci e comunque lo consiglio vivamente. Abbracciate per me Angela .... il vero leader dell'Hotel!!!
