Absolutely lovely, the room was spectacular, clean and pretty big, and the view just wow. The staff is really helpful and respectful.

Very disappointing stay. After asking front desk to fix the broken A/C, they reset the breaker only for there to be a loud popping noise and the whole circuit blew. The hotel clearly has a nice facade covering up the less than basic rooms with no elevator access and a weird stench. Dinner our first evening was flavorless and for whatever reason they chilled red wine which any wine drinker would know should not be chilled. This supposedly 4 star hotel gave less than a 2 star experience. The view into the neighboring backyard and dirty roof is extremely unpleasant. Not to mention the 3-1 soap in the barren bathrooms. Please save your time and money and book elsewhere.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Piatra Neamt. There are various options for restaurants and cafes in a walking distance. Our room was large, clean and had a nice view. Parking was complementary, as we were hotel guests. Breakfast was not included. Overall a good choice.

We went to visit family in north of Romania, and we stay to Central. This remains a good hotel to stay when you go to Piatra Neamt - clean rooms, and perfect location next to train station, the télécabines for the mountain, and close to all shopping malls. Like in many hotels after pandemic, the problem remains a combination of shirt staff and attention to details. This can be easily resolved with management implementing controls and decisions matrix, and I recommend the local hotel management to review the controls. Cleaning people clean up room in approximative way, the cup of coffee was left on the corridor by cleaning person instead of bringing the cup down to restaurant. One of the towel was very used, ready for retraitement, the person in charge can decide to remove it from circuit. As said, good location, just some small details are required to make it great location. I recommend.

Very well located, although we didn't find Piatra Neamt to be much of a sight. The hotel is adequate, although the bathrooms in the standard rooms are a bit small. The toilet is a bit high. The furniture and doors in the rooms look dated. Breakfast is very average, with little variety overall.

Meh!! Maybe I had too many expectations. Overall a hotel dressed as 4* stars but from my point of view 3 would be enough. From the outside it makes an impression. Forgive them at the reception not suitable, quite rude and poor availability. Except for the baggage handler who I found disarmingly helpful. Very good ... he alone raised the points in my review. The room was nice, bathroom a little small. All in all I recommend it but you should not have high expectations.
