The stay was very comfortable and very smooth, the front desk experience was so simple. The beds were super comfortable and the temperature was just right the bathrooms were also clean and the hotel shuttle service was 10/10. Definitely recommend.

Hotel room was clean with basic toiletries needed. Breakfast is local breakfast self serve and buffet. Not many options for gluten free or low carb. Location is close to airport and shuttle bus takes you to and from the airport at no cost. Overall not bad.

We stayed here for a layover which was very convenient because then hotel is located near to the airport. The room was very clean and spacious and the stay was friendly. My only issue was that there was no in house restaurant so we had to purchase food from a nearby restaurant which didn't work out for us because it was too late for delivery. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Airport in 10 minutes, close to the shopping center. Quiet location

It's pretty good

No food available after breakfast. Just a cold sandwich that had days in their office market that only had ice cream and few cokes. The hotel is very expensive and no has anything to offer to eat after breakfast when the 80% of the people that go to Holiday inn is for business.

Property looks nice from the outside. Lobby was good. Rooms were acceptable . The hallways and elevators could use some updates. Only a few dollars cheaper than HYATT. I chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport and they have a shuttle I didn’t use it because plans changed and ended up renting a vehicle at the airport . It was obvious that the shuttle was available at any time

My experience was largely positive. Breakfast was excellent (Big breakfast guy) and despite not being able to enjoy it on my final day due to a really early flight, they provided a small take away package which I appreciated! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone!

This was my first time staying at this property for the purpose of taking any early morning flight from Trinidad and I couldn't be happier with the way things worked out. It was truly excellent. The room was very clean and well presented. The lobby area was a tad tight but that was not a problem for me. If there is a slight "down" side, the hotel does not have room service or a restaurant, however, there was a Popeyes Chicken location within walking distance and I was fine with that. I went out for food during the Super Bowl halftime show and made it back in time for the second half. The shuttle bus to the airport was prompt and also excellent. I will definitely stay there again should the need arise.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was clean, they provided a microwave, fridge and coffee, the pool was clean and the breakfast and staff was amazing. Would definitely stay here again

We had to rely on HI shuttle to get to a restaurant for dinner. Only two stops, hence the options are limited - a shopping mall, and across the street is a TGIF (which was very nice - recommended) and a Starbucks. To return, ups have to call HI for pickup - let the restaurant call if you don't have a free call option! Shuttle to the airport (5-7 minute ride) is unpredictable. We just missed one and were told "ten minutes" - kore like 30 til it returned! Breakfast starts at 6 am - but we couldn't have any b/c we had an 8am international flight. Option - snack machines.

The room was spacious with the amenities like toiletries towels, tissues and soap. There was however no complementaries like water and the likes with the fridge beeen empty.

Excellent property…very clean and spacious And they have free shuttle to airport and mall That runs all day Plus staff is best
