Great Customer Service
I travel extensively for work and Italy is not easy to navigate as a native English speaker. Rita was very kind and helpful and made my stay in Italy memorable. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, peaceful and super kind!
Beautiful memory and comfortableness. Room is so clean, spacious and surroundings are peaceful and carlm. Bird singing in the morning with fresh air. Easy to move to the downtown of bologna ( 45min by train / bus ). Humble but fresh clean breakfast.i Especially, Rita, the host is super kind and hearty!

Ho soggiornato per tre notti presso l’Albergo da Mario a Pianoro e l’esperienza è stata complessivamente positiva. ✅ Punti di forza: Accoglienza e cortesia: La sig.ra Rita, la proprietaria, è molto gentile e disponibile, sempre attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Pulizia: Camere e spazi comuni ben curati e puliti. Colazione: soddisfacente la colazione. Posizione: Comodo per chi viaggia per lavoro o per visitare la zona. In soli 25 minuti di treno si raggiunge il centro di Bologna. Parcheggio e tranquillità: In zona c’è parcheggio gratuito e si dorme molto bene grazie alla quiete del luogo. ❌ Aree di miglioramento: Arredamento e bagni: Le camere e i sanitari in bagno avrebbero bisogno di un aggiornamento, ma restano comunque molto puliti e ben tenuti. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Location semplice e pulita, con tutti i confort e la piacevole sensazione di essere in famiglia Gentilissimi, con tante piccole attenzioni cone la bottiglietta d'acqua per la notte e il vassoio di cioccolatini Colazione abbondante e varia, con specialita del territorio Ci ritorneremo molto volentjeri

La struttura è molto pulita e confortevole ideale per chi preferisce soggiornare lontano dal caos cittadino a pochi km da Bologna i titolari la signora Rita e suo cognato sono delle persone davvero splendide sempre pronti a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti ritornerò sicuramente di nuovo grazie per la splendida esperienza
