Fantastic view. Get a balcony room in the front of the hotel because the view is totally worth it. Excellent restaurant. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Our room looked newly renovated. I would definitely come back. I don't understand why there are so many average review unless the rooms in the back building are totally different from the front.

This hotel is located on an exceptionally beautiful part of the Corsican coastline. The views are amazing. The hotel itself is lovely but has the feeling of being a bit disjointed as there are two parts to it - the annexe set back up a hill- this is the part we were in. The furnishings feel a bit dated and tired- curtains didn’t fit, no walk in shower. Space felt a bit tight really. It has a nice pool but no bar to it, and the service was slow to get any. I can imagine it being really popular in its hey day. Good in restaurant wax ok but nothing exceptional. Would I return? Probably not - I would just stop to take pics from the viewpoint.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Capo Rosso. The view is stunning, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very good, and the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Persons with mobility issues might prefer the main building as the annex is uphill. And, again, the view! Special thanks to Francis for arranging flowers for a special occasion and to Angelou for his thoughtful dinner recommendations for us in Paris.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the attractive town of Piana. The driveway to the hotel springs on you rather suddenly, so look out for the red signs on the left if you are travelling from Porto. There are two parts of the hotel: the main building with reception, swimming pool and dining room and the dormitory-lookalike further up the path. Our room was on the second floor of the “dormitory”. As there was no lift, we had to negotiate a steep external staircase although the hotel receptionist was on hand to help with the luggage on arrival. Our Superior Room was in character with the rest of the building. Reinforced doors only emphasised the point. The room was of standard size, with minimalist décor and huge mirrored wardrobe dominating the space. The bed was comfortable enough. There wasn’t much storage space. We had a balcony overlooking the sea and Calanques de Piana. The bathroom was plain, on the small size, with a walk-in shower. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. There was a safety box too. Tea and coffee-making facilities were available. WiFi signal was acceptable. We dined at La Table de Neptune and the food was rather delicious, with more of the great views over Mediterranean. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. In summary the hotel was distinctly unimpressive but it saving graces were the stupendous views it offered over the sea and Calanques, and some accomplished cooking in the restaurant.

We were walking around and whilst we did not stay at this hotel, we decided to stay for their breakfast, looking at the breathtaking view of Piana's Calanques. We had zero issue with facilitating breakfast for 2 as non-hotel guests, 20 Euros/person but after looking at their buffet, we decided it was worth it. We were not disappointed. Amazing view, tablecloth tables, proper chinaware and glassware and most of all a high quality buffet. From the Juices, to the Croissants, the bread, cold cuts, proper cheese, nuts, seeds, yoghurt... we found everything to be tasty and up to par with the price they charged. Only downside was the eggs. They may have been sitting too long in the chafing-dish because they were overcooked and turned green-ish. Service was inexistant. Do not look for helpful staff here, none of the empty tables around us were cleared, our table was never cleared of empty plates throughout our hour-long breakfast experience. Is it worth it? 100%. Despite the inattentive/inexistent service, the food is great and the view makes it worth every penny.

Die Zimmer (wir hatten ein Standardzimmer Nr 125 in einem 4Sterne Hotel) sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Es riecht nach Kanal, Schimmel in den Badfugen, rostige Duschstange, Badbeleuchtung nur teilweise vorhanden, Terrassenbeleuchtung war demontiert. Aussentisch verrostet. Das Restaurant bietet am Abend eine sehr spezielle Karte, die zu den Preisen überhöht erscheint. Alles in Allem sehr enttäuschend, wo doch bislang sämtliche Hotels auf unserer Rundreise die volle Punktzahl erhalten haben.

Nous rentrons de notre séjour en Corse. Tout s’est pratiquement bien passé, hormis ce qui suit : Nous avions réservé la suite prestige en demi-pension qui, sur le site de l’hôtel, a été récemment rénovée. De prestige, il n’y avait que la vue et la rénovation datait du siècle dernier. Quelle ne fut pas notre déception en arrivant : Accueil inamical et froid sans aucune explication sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel (wi-fi, piscine, demi-pension, horaires du diner et du petit déjeuner,…) La pompe extérieure de l’air conditionné (sur la terrasse) rouillée L’air conditionné dans la suite impossible à régler et à éteindre Pas de mini-bar. Uniquement 3 bouteilles d’eau plate Aucune carte reprenant les prestations de l’hôtel Nombreuses taches sur le tapis plein Carrelages cassés dans la SDB Aucune explication du fonctionnement de la baignoire balnéo pas de dernière fraicheur (nous ne savons pas si elle fonctionne réellement) Coussins des chaises sur le balcon déchirés Armoires non nettoyées Coffre-fort vétuste Insonorisation inexistante Armoire à fusibles non protégée dans le hall à hauteur d’enfants Plafond qui n’a plus été nettoyé depuis bien longtemps Heures d’accès au restaurant annoncées sur le site différentes de la réalité Carrelages des marches d’escalier donnant accès aux chambres cassés et descellés =＞ dangereux Chien en liberté dans le couloir des chambres et au restaurant alors que les animaux ne sont pas admis Photos qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité Les portes de la SDB et du WC ne ferment pas sans les claquer et donc réveiller tout le monde Lors de notre départ le personnel à l’accueil (différent de celui de notre arrivée) ne s’est pas inquiété de comment s’était déroulé notre séjour En résumé : Pas digne d’un 4*, max.2*. Prix beaucoup trop élevé. seuls points positifs, la vue et le serveur du restaurant. On s’est cru dans une pension de famille plutôt que dans un hôtel

Die Lage ist einzigartig. Das ist aber leider auch schon alles Positive. Das Zimmer ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Kulinarisch kann ebenfalls keine Empfehlung abgegeben werden und die Dame an der Reception ist maximal unmotiviert.
