A three-star hotel that needs some improvement, especially the flooring and bathrooms. The room was clean. The staff are friendly and available. Breakfast is reasonable although the food needs to be repositioned more often. The location is central.

We stayed in this hotel for just one night in June. I have to say that I had a great time: the rooms are very clean and tastefully furnished: the accommodation had every comfort, even a minibar. The air conditioning worked well and the rooms were soundproofed. Don't forget that we are close to a major road! The reception staff was helpful and ready to give any kind of information we needed. The price paid to stay in a double room with bathroom was very convenient. If you are passing through for a holiday or (like us) for a stopover, I highly recommend it!

Just one night in transit from Milan to Rome by bike. Already during the booking the staff had presented themselves as courteous and attentive, then confirmed by the visit. They have a room for storing bikes during the night. Average breakfast. They do not have an internal restaurant but they have agreements with several nearby places.

The room and bathroom were very small even though my aunt was alone. It was stiflingly hot. The elevator didn't work and my aunt is 90 years old, so she can't climb the stairs alone. This problem wasn't reported either when booking or later and it caused a lot of inconvenience. I also point out the lack of water or other drinks in the mini bar, and they weren't even available at the hotel bar. Because of these problems, the price is outrageous. We have always had a good experience because my aunt is a guest at the hotel every Christmas, but this time we encountered several problems and no willingness to solve them.

It is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the center. Clean hotel. Rich breakfast. Always polite and professional staff but the structure is dated and deserves a bit of maintenance. Aside from the presence of carpet everywhere, the room I was assigned had stained sanitary ware (not dirty but stained), the sink was leaking, no shower but a bathtub with a shower head and a crooked and shabby partition. The air conditioning was noisy and, as already mentioned, carpet everywhere. Too bad because better maintenance could bring more excellent ratings.
