I've stayed at this hotel before and I only returned as it is so convenient for the Piacenza Expo. Everything feels a little dated and the rooms look a little tired. The restaurant is expensive and the choices are limited. In fact for decent food just walk around the corner to the local trucker's cafe and get a great meal for half the price of the hotel. Now assuming you're staying here on business be warned that the internet is very unstable. It will drop out multiple times, which is incredibly frustrating if you're trying to work remotely while staying here. On the plus side the staff are friendly and helpful.

As I need to attend an event at Piacenza Expo and I did not want to keep getting taxis between Piacenza town and the Expo I decided to stay here. I should have stunped up for the taxis. The room I had was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The TV worked intermittently and nor were there any tea or coffee facilities. Breakfast was a limited range buffet that felt quite sad and past its best. Evening meals were better but for the prices charged I would hope so.

Was charging my car in the back of the hotel and as I was running late I wanted to ask information about booking a room for the night. I met the rudest ever receptionist who had such an attitude I rum a mile way! Plenty of good hotels with receptionists who have minimal personal skills

I have never seen a worse hotel than this one. Not to mention the very rude staff. They don't even respond to greetings. They should close both the hotel with those dirty rooms and the restaurant that serves pre-cooked food. Not to mention the lack of soap and hot water in the room. Never again. I strongly advise against it to everyone

4 star hotel, but perhaps a little dated. A refresh of the rooms needed. Buffet breakfast to be reviewed for quality and quantity of products offered. Friendly staff, very clean hotel located in an area of Piacenza, which in my opinion is terrible, but convenient for the motorway.

We found ourselves passing through Piacenza for one night, there were 5 of us and we found availability and professionalism in booking. Friendly staff, clean hotel, average price, very convenient free private parking. I would stay here again

I stayed only one night, the structure is located in the Expo area of Piacenza, where I had to go for a competition test. The property is quite nice and the rooms are clean and spacious. You sleep peacefully. I also took advantage of dinner at the hotel, half board, eating a first course and a second course with side dishes and water at an excellent price. The breakfast as regards the dessert is very mediocre, I would say to improve it. I won't dwell on the staff, but more professionalism would have been appreciated, especially from the receptionist.
