Staffs are friendly . My son likes the fun pool alot . Room with jacuzzi is great . Breakfast spread is nice . Hotel is great especially one of the buggy staff , dint manage to ask for his name but he is most friendly and funny . Just one issue for room : ants can be seen crawling everywhere. Even no food around . We still have to throw containers of food at level one to prevent more ants to room . I extended one more day and Counter staff did not inform that we have to go to counter to renew the check in card . We only realized after we tried tapping card to room after a long day . We have to then walk back to check in counter to enquire . And the staff didn’t explain what happen til I ask . Staff did not apologize too .

GOOD: 1) The highlight of the hotel is there is a 24 hour snooker room, it is free of charge, except 2 set of snooker tables, there is also a table soccer there, it is very impressive and rare. The swimming pool / squash room / gym room / library are also 24 hour & free, you can directly go to enjoy and even do not need any reservation. 2) Have to mention the breakfast, I would say it's world class, many choices for you including Thai, Chinese even indian food, you can even have ice cream & Thai fruit shake for free, I would say you can even consider it as a lunch. 3) free shuttle buses transfer from hotel & Patong town center (every 15 mins) until 8:30pm everyday. BAD: 1) check in is slow, the communication of the staff needs to be improved. 2)There is a local tour registration desk in the lobby, the staff there would make a call to you in early morning to sell you their tour, which will disturb you. 3)one day at about 6:00am when we were still deeply sleeping, someone(suspected a staff) pushed the doorbell, then the TV auto started itself, it was very scary. 4)They did not do housekeeping & daily necessities in the afternoon, even though you had turn on the housekeeping indicator ligh.

Everything was great in the hotel the location and rooms the breakfast the pools there were tow pools and a kids club the only thing that i didn’t like was that the hotel is located on a cliff the streets are going up and down difficult to walk to your room they have a shuttle service to take you to your room and back to lobby

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. I booked the presidential suite months in advance and upon arrival they gave my room to another person because they made a mistake and ”overbooked”. There is only one presidential suite, so it was a huge error. Hotel management tried to make up for it with free dinners during the stay and a free transport back to airport. The optional executive room faced blinking signage from across the street and had a terrible view. The few TV channels available did not work, the AC was not optimal and there was a blinking light fixture in the room. The hotel itself is very outdated. It needs a major upgrade. The gym and steam room were dingy and dark and not in use. They gave the bare minimum bathroom accessories with the smallest piece of soap to wash (for the executive suite!). The breakfast had ample choices. The front desk service was fair at best. There are many more hotels in the area that are better for the price. As we rode back to the airport, along the way we saw many better-suited options.

Stayed for 4 nigths and im giving a high rating because of the staff and the amazing view in our room. Sky Suite room is a must. The view is amazing plus you get to have your own private pool. Rooms are clean however mosquitoes and fireflies are everywhere. Do come with mosquito patches and repellent. Those with mobility problems shouldn't book this hotel as you have to climb up stairs to reach your room . They do have rooms that's accessible but not sure though if there's a good sea view in there. Shuttles are always accessible and all you need to do is to call for pick up and they'll be there in matter of minutes. This hotel is a short 15 mins drive to Patong Beach. Hotel provides free shuttle to and from the beach. There's a lot of eating places just outside the hotel but you need to prepare to walk for about 5 to 10 mins. Breakfast is decent and have good spread. They cater to local and international guests. There are 2 public pools that guests can use. Most of the guests don't use it as they are all probably swimming in their private pool. All the staff are warm and accommodating. This is the best part of our stay here- The friendly and kind staff. Will I recommend this hotel? Yes Will I come back ? Probably not. For the reason that I would like to try to stay in another hotel..

Firstly, this hotel is NOT a resort. The word ”Resort” is used without much context when describing hotels in Phuket. If you are planning a retreat and seek resort amenities please do thorough research on the hotel first. This hotel has no 24 hour room service, reception or international movie channels- which are basic amenities of a ”Resort”. I also had concerns with the lack of chlorine in the pool, I did not see anyone testing the water while I was there. The location is isolated from shops, cafes, bars or any amenities. It's also too far to walk to any amenities, there is also no safe footpath to attempt this- You literally have to walk on a main road just to get to a 7-11. Which would not have been as much of an issue if this hotel actually provided some ”Resort” amenities. Some Pros: As the hotel is located on a massive hill, so if you book a room with a view you will be treated every morning and evening with a view. There are also rooms with direct pool access. The rooms are also very spacious and the staff are extremely caring and will go out their way to ensure your stay is pleasant. In summary if they dropped the word ”Resort” from their name it would set a more realistic expectation and allow them to compete more fairly in the category they are actually in.

The hotel is like a 20 min walk to the beach but they have shuttle cars every 30 mins until 8:30. Very nice hotel, my only but would be how clean it can be. The sheets in my room smells like sweat from someone who uses a lot of cologne. They changed them very fast and with no fight. Next day we went to the gym and all the curls and machines are super sticky and they smell sooo bad, even the treadmill looks like the pic below.

I write briefly. take the room that goes out to the pool and has a balcony. apparently it is called improved. in the room there is both a shower and a bathtub and a dryer on the balcony. in the rooms clean. cleaning every day. the pool is small. to the Seveneleven grocery store the road is shorter if from the hotel to go left! . breakfast in the hotel is good but no great variety. mini gym is there . no more. the nearest piece of beach near the shop . mini street food is already partly open for lunch. and in the evening there is a crowd. you can eat with you or right on the street under the sunset. on the big beach you have to go. attention again. on the hotel territory after breakfast is finished, no food is prepared. Underwear can be washed on your own. washing on the street on the way to the sea. Simility 30 b. you need coins on 5 b. if You will see at the bottom of the washing machine the washing powder - it doesn't work and only eats your coins. in the photo I painted red where you can't swim. before traveling study the map. bike for rent is better to take in big companies. before they go 20 minutes. The hotel room was very comfortable. It was an independent small villa every day. I stayed for three nights in a row. If you book a sea view room, you can see the boats on the sea when you open the curtains (picture 1 is the view from the balcony of the room). The hotel is very close to the small beach in the north of Patong. It only takes two minutes to walk out. (Picture 3 is the small beach in the north of Patong. There are very few people. The children had a lot of fun in the morning. There were many hermit crabs and crabs.) It is very close to Patong. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the East Beach (Pictures 8 and 9 are Patong Haitao), and it is quiet in the middle of the bustle. It is very convenient and very quiet with children. The key is that there is a small cart snack street when you go out at night. Much cheaper than the food at Patong night market. There are also 711s two to three hundred meters away. The Chinese boss was very nice and helped us book airport pick-up and a one-day tour of Phang Nga Bay (Picture 7). The bosses of various one-day premium services can help make reservations, and the prices are very reasonable, cheaper than Xubao. The boss, who is Chinese, gave various suggestions that were very practical and friendly for tourists who came to Thailand for the first time. Overall very satisfied.

Currently staying here now in the hotel, nothing but a positive experience forbthe 8 days so far. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels, replenshed coffee, tea, sugar ect. Had a slight issue with my sink that was sorted within the hour. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. Beach towels are always available by the pool and there are always usually sun-loungers available. The main pool is relaxing and always full of life. The secadas buzzing in the evening, and the exotic birds and their calls add to a magical experience of thail life ansld relaxation. For a budget hotel it really be faulted. Well done guys. ขอบคุณ

It is a hotel run by Chinese people, and the layout is beautiful and comfortable. The rooms are large and have balconies with views of the swimming pool and small garden. There is also a large frangipani tree next to our balcony. It is so comfortable to sit under it and enjoy the breeze at night. The bed is very comfortable, you can fall asleep in seconds. The bath water in the bathroom is a bit small, but the boss said that he will actively improve it.
