This hotel requires a lot of improvements. That being said, we spent more time out then using the facilities. Check in process: We arrived at 12:30pm, asked if we could check in earlier which they advised it won’t be ready for 40mins. We came back 40mins later after having our welcome drink (which was purple dyed coconut water in a martini glass). He said it won’t be ready for an hour so we left the hotel to walk about. It’s now 14:10 (check in time is 14:00 so you’d think it would be ready), we were told to wait another 20mins. We finally checked in at 14:30. Food: We only had breakfast at the Hotel as we were so close to Old Town, it didn’t make sense to eat at the hotel and there’s a 7/11 near by for snacks. Breakfast was not great. Food was bland, options were very limited. My husband and I didn’t eat much, we were only there to make sure our kids could eat a bit of fruits and pastries. House keeping: They do not sweep, we know this because our son would bring croissant back and the crumbs were still there after they’ve come in to replenish our towels. Reception: They were lovely and informative. Most of the above feedback were out of their control. Swimming Pool: The pool beds looked and felt a bit out dated, I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Phuket that were in better conditions than this 5 star hotel. That being said my kids still had a lot of fun in them. Location: Not walking distance from Old Town but close enough that the taxi’s only cost up 150baht each way. I’ll unlikely stay here again nor would I recommend the hotel to our friends and family. It was ok but not great.

Excellent reception from the staf, impecable uniforms, amazing hotel instalations, beautifull swimming pools, wonderfull SPA and a very asian breakfast stile. Since I am not asian, they had the sensibility to offer me an american stile breakfast. It was more then I could ever expect from them ! Clean rooms and very confortable and calm place. Hotel is old but upgrated/renovated in 2021. Very comfortable bed and spaces room. Cleanliness need to improve in the room specially the bathroom. Love the fully equip gym here, clean and no smell. What I love most here is the hotel staff. They really make us feel like home here......so so warm,helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the front desk Mai, Bus, New, Poppy and Juliet. Bellhop/security Peek, Plong, Arm and Dom. The manager Miss Moss also very helpful and friendly. Hotel is so lucky to have them.

A nice modern clean hotel. I stayed here with my daughter and used it as a launch pad to the port where Phi Phi tours depart from. The good: Helpful check in, including for organising our tour. Clean and modern. Nice rooms, bathrooms and quiet central air. A top Chinese restaurant attached to the lobby. They had a street food popup rooftop restaurant. The views in the evening were stunning with bush on one side and nightlights on the other. Once you get over the 200 baht charge, the hotel taxi to the old town was very nice. A free shuttle I didn't use - only twice daily, and just to the Central mall. They had connecting rooms, which can be tricky to find. The bad: It's a bit far from things. There is no balcony at the room. The menu prices listed exclude tax and service.. a pet peeve. There was no facility to charge to the room. Paying by credit card in the restaurants they kept setting to the foreign card currency, via some third party with a poor conversion rate. It was a real struggle just to simply get a charge in Thai Baht. The pool is very small but has a nice view. The gym looked pretty good but I didn't use it. Would I stay there again? Yes for sure.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the check in process is very fast and my room was ready just right in time. Maimoon is the best! She helped me all the way! The room itself have enough space and the view at night is very stunning. The rooftop bar is soooo cozy. The breakfast is superb all food are warm. I had a problem on my last night the electricity suddenly shut down, as I informed reception since it’s very late night I expect to have some delay however I didn’t wait that long engineer arrived and told me that cannot be fixed after 5 mins HK and even FO staff helped me to change the room. I wasn’t able to get their names since it’s late night. Overall I had the best experience and will surely comeback!

We were satisfied with our room in this hotel: - the room was clean and got cleaned every day - there's a fridge in the room and you get a small bottle of water every day - it's near the city center of Phuket Town (around 15 minutes on foot) but you don't hear the traffic in the center (there were some roosters next to the hotel, and they were pretty loud and active from around 5 am, but I guess this was something temporary because nobody else wrote about them :D) - you can climb the Khao Rang viewpoint before the peek tourist hours (it takes around 10-15 minutes to the top) There are no real negative parts to this room, but just in an fyi sort of way - we booked a room with a balcony and although the balcony was there, it's not really a sort of a place to sit in and relax, which we thought it would be (you enter it through a window, it's pretty small and tight). The other thing is that we needed transport to the Rassada Pier early one morning and the hotel has or can organize this transport - but the price we were told was pretty high (700 baht!), which is pretty strange considering that even the regular-taxi-mafia charged less than this. I wouldn't mind staying here again, but mainly since my boyfriend and I aren't drivers and couldn't rent a scooter, next time I would probably search for accommodation closer to the bus station because this would make it easier to travel to other parts of the island with public transport and avoid taxis as much as possible.

But then bad start very good. We booked a normal room. Unfortunately, we were first brought into a room in which apparently a short time before was a water damage. It smelled insupportable muffy and many of the furniture were cool. I asked for another room and got it next to it. That was not really better, but it smells less bad. After a bad night at the smell and noise of the street we asked again for a new room and I proposed an upgrade. We could then eventually move to a quiet and renovated room. This room was very wonderful. I recommend therefore just booking a little better room. The location of the hotel is good. At foot you reach the old town and everything you needed. The style of the hotel is very beautiful. The staff friendly. Breakfast I would probably not book for it even in the night. It is not a buffet but a pre-order dish with two drinks that is brought to the room. The Thai dishes are good and rich. The American is made of a (!) untoasted dish toast. Last night we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night because a person smoked in her room. It quickly dissolved that it was nothing dangerous. However, it was not excused with a word. I found it very bad. In principle I would book it again but just a better and quiet room and without breakfast.

The actual hotel is okay, location in the middle of nowhere but with a ten minute walk to the large shopping mall. When I arrived at 10pm after a long day travelling, check in wasn’t easy. First if I paid with card there was a 2% charge.. ok but the receptionist can’t do math as I was told for the 2% charge it would make my 3000bhat room 4000!! I paid cash… then they wanted 1000bhat cash deposit!! No where on the booking did it say that was required. Room was clean, with a rubbish view but I couldn’t sleep all night as AC didn’t work. When I went out the next day at 10am I told reception & asked they fix. When I got back at 4pm, not only had my room not been cleaned, the ac hadn’t been looked at. I was told there was no problem! Asked for manager who called… kept speaking over me. As a solo female traveler I got upset, I didn’t feel well & as I cried I was laughed at. Told no one to fix ac on a Sunday! Eventually I was offered a different room after being dragged round hotel again… I just wanted to leave. I was left to cry in reception. I’d avoid if female.. I work in property management and I was told I wouldn’t know if ac worked as I’m a girl..,

A small palace hotel where the pool is located is beautifully made. If you look and take pictures very beautifully. The staff are pleasant, everyone will help. There is no restaurant, but there is a cozy place where you can warm up and eat a bought dinner. Good size rooms, plumbing is quite shaky, more careful. Shampoo and shower gel are better to take with you. On the left of the hotel there is a very delicious family restaurant in real Thai cuisine. Very recommended!

It was my second stay. Upon check-in staffs at reception said there is a problem with water pipe it must take time for a day to fix. So they transferred us to another hotel where is pretty far from the center and convenience stores. For their apology, they gave us complimentary, free shuttle service from here to another hotel and to Central Foresta according to schedule add on free shuttle service from here to Rassada Pier In short, service was so good I just want hotel to improve about the problem that happened it shouldn’t happened again!!

The location is very good, there are many restaurants around, and it is close to the ancient town. Clean and hygienic, the service is also very good, responsive. There is Godo coffee next to it, and Thai tea pudding is delicious. Above the coffee shop is a bar restaurant with resident singing. There is a breakfast porridge shop opposite, which tastes good. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not good, the roadside car sound is obvious, and there is a bar that will sing until 11 pm. It would be better to close all the windows, but it still has an impact on people who sleep lightly. There is also a loud air conditioning sound. Everything else is fine. Sitting in the living room on the second floor is very comfortable

There is a parking lot, but it's almost full. There is no lift. On the first day, the toilet was clogged. For 3 days of stay, we never changed towels, did not take out the trash, did not give soap and toilet paper, did not clean the room. Killed a hefty cockroach that ran across the table in the room. The staff does not speak English well. Of the benefits - inexpensive, spacious room and near a cheap fruit market and a large park. Problems with the toilet and water heater were quickly resolved.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. Stay two nights reception Bringing children to raise a loud noise Will not stay here again because of the terrible reception.
