Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the main shopping mall. Very convenient. There is an open food market just opposite to the hotel. The food there is quite nice. I tried a mango shake. They put half of the mango on the top of the glass. Its so amazing. Swimming pool is not very big but enough for a swim. Have plenty of sunshine deck. Suitable for a afternoon rest. Recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel with a fabulous pool. Good breakfast options. Just felt the hotel was severely understaffed. Staff on the bar at the pool consistently would get orders wrong. Have a member or 2 of staff walking around the pool area taking orders and delivering food. At the price the place costs don’t expect orders to be consistently wrong and slow to come out. Having said that it is a nice hotel and short walk to the main area of town

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to eat, drink and go shopping downstairs. It is only a few steps away. The hotel staff were very helpful. We arrived at the hotel. Nate and his colleagues were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and brought us delicious ice cream while we waited to check in. It was close to On the day of the store, when the airport drop-off man couldn't find the hotel, it was Nate who helped contact us. In short, he was very enthusiastic and made us feel very warm! Breakfast is also great

Excellent customer service and facilities. we always stays here before because of the nice food and beer but once we tried to checked in their room with jacuzzi we kept coming back. Wonderful staff. Super friendly. It’s a big campus and tough to walk around the hills but if you don’t mind a bit of fitness it’s not so bad. The club pool and restaurant at the top is a great spot and the hotel is easy walking to Patong Beach. Great location and highly recommended! Thanks Amari!

It was a wonderful resort. Had a double bed and a single bed. We requested for ground floor because of getting the baby thing from room again & again. It had yummiest breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms were big, washroom was excellent and big with tub. There was a kids club for kids Pool was very nice Location toooo far and inside from main patong walking street. Only thing i didnt like was the house keeping staff didnt clean the washroom well and the room thoroughly and was really aggressive. Over all experience good , il come back again 😀👍

I have stayed in Burasari 6-7x in the past 15 years. It’s our favourite hotel along Patong because the decor is unique and special. It is walking distance to the beach (300m) and to our favourite food haunts. Far nicer than the standard rooms you get in an international hotel. I have stayed in all the room types - some have bathtubs only which was t suitable for my 81-yr old mum, so the receptionist kindly moved my mum to a room which a shower. Service is fantastic. Everything in the fridge is complimentary. Breakfast area is airy and relaxed. Although the spread is still good, it used to be better ten years ago. More choices. I also noticed that there isn’t bacon which is rather unusual. Probably due to the pandemic, some parts of the room weren’t working as well eg my room tap was very stiff while my mum’s room air con was leaking.

I am quite happy that I chose Holiday Inn Resort Patong, thanks for those who wrote their reviews 👍this hotel is very close to everything you need, within walking distance to restaurants, malls, convenience stores, beach n the famous walking street. But it is always quiet within the hotel. We don't need to spend anything on transportation except to n from the airport. We stayed at the premium balcony room on the new wing, it is very nice. I like the design of separate toilet, bathroom, sink n dressing table, which is very convenient. All the staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast is ok. Although the variety is not much, it got all the basic stuff. Swimming pool is nice n not crowded at all, maybe Sept is not the peak season. Only one thing that I don't like was the hotel's Friday night BBQ dinner buffet which costs Baht 850 per person. Beef was overcooked, prawns were undercooked. We founded that the BBQ chicken wings bought from the street hawker were much more better n it is definitely an must try.

Once we arrived we hardly welcome the receptionist KOY, an antipatic person to the possible who has not even damaged to explain the necessary information as everything arrived in a hotel (wifi , Access Pool ...etc) while people next to them were welcomed as appropriate by the second receptionist. After going up to the room we notice that it is not all the one chosen on booking , she didn't even excuse herself just said she was wrong . Very disappointed it is certain that for a 5* in Thailand prices are affordable but you need to keep a minimum of professionalism anyway! See the further stay ....

A very pleasant trip,the people both so nice ，the hotel is beautiful and clean，also nearby the beach ，the restaurant and club are both nearly，the last night I missed iPhone on the bubu bus，the driver was so friendly to took it back for me，I thought I must have lost it.The feeling of getting it back has given me a deep experience in Thailand, thank you.

Since my experience I was in a double room for 9 days in February, and I cost very cheap, 108 EUR on 9 days .... It was through the Aguda page, cheaper than booking all a discovery .... I have to say the room was very dark , gave a wall of building .. But he has very good things , is next to the beach , and super near Bangla Road .... Furthermore, the owner is very good person and helps you in whatever it is , because I sweep a free shirt , I don't charge anything , all details .... This is regenerated by the family, your daughter, yen and her ... I will repeat safely next time ....
