Everything is fine. Reception is nice. They can help me to solve what I want. It is wonderful, will rebook again if I'm there. This is my second time to live there. And also recommend to all my friend if they go to Phuket.

I had a really good stay at HOMA Cherngtalay. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcomed from the start. The whole place is very clean and well-maintained, and I especially loved all the free exercise and wellness classes — such a great bonus for people who enjoy staying active.
The location is also very convenient — just a 5-minute walk to Tops and Villa Market, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It made daily life really easy and enjoyable.
The only downside is the giant mosquitoes 😅, so do prepare some repellent! Also, sometimes there’s a bit of a smell from dog poop around the outdoor areas, which I hope they can improve in the future.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, active, and well-located place to stay in Phuket.

The location of this hotel is everything, there are a lot of food restaurants if you walk slightly further ahead. There is also a 7-11 and a night market just across the hotel. Further ahead there is a shopping mall and boat avenue is white in walking distance. The rooftop swimming pool is good as well, it is open till 11pm and we went up at night to enjoy the view and breeze. They even stream football matches, which is really a plus plus point. Love everything about hotel and they are really committed to going green as they provide water dispenser at the lift for you to get your water refill. We also got a room upgrade as the room intended for us was in use. And the upgraded room was so spacious and good, there is even a washing machine if you need. Highly highly recommend this hotel! Will want to go back again to this place.

This hotel was great despite the fact that at the very beginning we were placed at a wrong room, but Trip.com support helped to solve the problem. Other than that we had a great time at the swimming pool area, restaurant, BBQ area. The app where you can contact the hotel stuff, ask for maintenance, order food and etc. is quite convenient. So overall we were happy, the only thing to consider is that there a construction site right next to the hotel, so it’s quite noisy from time to time.

Very comfortable room, great restaurant with very good breakfast. The gym is well-equiped, lot of space. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommend it!

I loved this hotel. They keep it clean and the host are very pleasant, always smiling. The staff will help you if ever you need assistance. The excursion planner was very informative and helped me plan a few of my day trips. There’s an atm on site if needed, yoga studio, gym, bar etc. I would definitely stay here again. I was really battling with my choice of stay for the Thailand trip because many places didn’t have the best reviews due to noise, smell, rodents but this place was without any of these issues. Even the elevator smelled great. Lol. The location is good. I walked many places. Boat Ave is right around the corner. You can check out the bars, restaurants, supermarket, laundry, etc. There’s many fruit stands and the room has a kitchen if you like to cook. Great stay.
