1. Cleanliness Issues:
• The public areas, including the lobby, lifts, gym, and breakfast area, were visibly dirty.
2. Breakfast Service:
• There were no staff members available to assist during breakfast, which resulted in a lack of service.
• The breakfast options were very poor, not meeting expected standards.
3. Room Condition and Amenities:
• The room appeared outdated and in need of renovation.
• There was no hot water, and the towels provided were dirty.
• There was no telephone in the room to contact staff, and the telecommunication system was non-functional.
4. Communication Difficulties:
• I attempted to call the hotel using the number listed on the website, but the number was no longer in service. Additionally, messages sent via the LINE app were not responded to.
• After speaking with staff in the lobby, I was informed that the phone number on the website is outdated. This makes it extremely difficult for guests to reach you for assistance.
5. DND Violation and Late Checkout Experience:
• I placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. Despite this, a staff member knocked on my door shortly before the checkout time, which felt intrusive.
• Given the lack of hot water and clean towels, I was unable to shower properly before checkout. I attempted to request a brief late checkout to resolve this, but communication difficulties made this impossible.
I hope the following steps are taken to address these issues:
• Immediate updates to the contact information on your website and communication channels.
• Improved cleanliness in all public areas and guest rooms.
• Enhanced breakfast offerings and the presence of staff to assist guests.
• Repairs to room amenities such as hot water systems and telecommunication equipment.
• Proper training for staff on respecting the DND sign and improved handling of guest concerns.
