I had a fantastic experience at the hotel and truly enjoyed my stay. The reception was excellent, particularly thanks to some of the staff members who were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything I needed. I didn’t have to do a thing! I’ll definitely return and recommend it to my friends. My time in Phuket was wonderful. I particularly want to highlight Wu Yanzhu from the staff; he was very helpful and multilingual, which made communication effortless. Overall, the hotel is outstanding! I rate it a perfect 10/10!

This is surely not a resort but more like a hostel. Photos here are quite deceiving and quite a lot of Chinese tourists stay here as well. Location is pretty good as it's just 15 mins walking to the Patong Bar street. also very close to another main road where accommodates loads of cafe that serve top-notch coffee and sandwich with a very affordable price.

Hygiene: quite clean Environment: OK, quiet in a busy place, the front door is very busy, but not noisy at all Service: The service is really good The location is very good, convenient, disposable items are provided, and breakfast is also provided, very satisfied.

Environment: It is only a ten-minute walk to the No. 6 restaurant and Jiangxi Leng, which are nearby, and the transportation is convenient. Facilities: There are no disadvantages except that there is no elevator and you need to climb stairs. Service: The boss and the boss lady are Chinese, very good, and sent me a good and cost-effective place to eat, which has a fixed location, very nice! I will come again next time I have a chance to come to Phuket! Hygiene: Very good.

Convenient location, close to the beach. Good service and breakfasts. Clean rooms, just a bit smelly. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Had an amazing trip to Phi Phi islands with Andaman surprise tour company. Exceptional service and perfect safety standards.

The location is great, shopping and eating were easily accessible. The hotel is a bit old but the room was large, just the light is a bit of dim. The reception service was great.

My stay at Pimrada Hotel was wonderful! The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the room was very comfortable with a large bed, perfect for relaxation. The location is excellent, close to all the shops and restaurants in Patong, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle. Perfect stay for budget travellers, bed is big, overall cleanliness is good Location is strategic too, only few mins walk to patong beach The hotel owner is friendly and nice. We were in room 2506, a very large room on the 5th floor with view on the swimming pool. Although the hotel is on a very very busy street, this room is super quiet! Everything was good in the room (clean, big, fully equipped, many bottles of water provided). Negative points: - the pressure of the hot water in the shower is quite weak, and the water alternates between hot and cold. It’s manageable to take a shower but not the best. - the toilet flush doesn’t have enough pressure. Even just a very small quantity of paper is hard to flush away. - the water in the sink doesn’t go away easily, it’s a bit stuck. Not very convenient when you are brushing your teeth for example. And it smells **** between the lift and the rooms, but this is not the fault of the hotel. Overall, the hotel is very good if you can book it with discounts.
