I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Craft Resort & Villas in Phuket Town. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to ensure my trip was perfect. The villas themselves are stunning—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts you could want. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and the little details, like the quality linens and nightly turndown service, really made a difference. The private pool in my villa was an absolute highlight—clean, serene, and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Speaking of relaxation, the resort’s main pool is gorgeous, with plenty of sun loungers and lush greenery surrounding it. It felt like a hidden oasis. The on-site restaurant served some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had—authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Their breakfast spread was equally impressive, with everything from local specialties to international favorites. Location-wise, it’s perfect for anyone who wants to experience the charm of Phuket Town. It’s close enough to explore the local markets, street art, and vibrant café scene but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of care and hospitality. The team truly went above and beyond, whether it was helping me book excursions, recommending local spots to visit, or just checking in to make sure everything was to my liking.

Beautiful, green bungalow resort where we spent one night before taking the ferry to Koh Lanta. The bungalows are spacious and equipped with bathroom and kitchenette. There is not much to do around the resort and you will have to walk 10-15 minutes along a road with no or small pavements to find food etc. The pool is nice and staff are very friendly. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the proximity to Rasada Pier.

Hotel is a 10 minute drive to old town Service and room were very nice, and the hilltop cafe which serves Starbucks coffee had a real nice view with a cool breeze At check in you will download an app that enables you to call buggy, room service, etc etc. you will require a buggy where ever you go as the hotel is located on a mountain and the hotel area is very steep

We came here during the low season, so it rained a lot during our stay; nonetheless we still had an incredible time in this beautiful seaside resort. The compound is built on the cliffs, so the area is full of steep hills, but the hotel has buggy drivers to take guests around, and it is a lot of fun riding it. There are 3 swimming pools, we swam in them all and loved the experience. The gym was fully equipped and overlooks the water, making for a great workout. There are several restaurants, and we went to the one that served a traditional Thai tasting menu. The room service experience was less stellar, they forgot our order and after waiting 45 minutes, I had to ring and follow up, and they said they were only starting to prepare the food, which took about an hour and half in the end of waiting time. The portions were also small for the price, so we were still hungry after. One thing to note is that it takes about an hour to get to the airport, so time your commute accordingly if you have a flight to catch.

It was a clean and big room . Very spacious . Front desk staffs were friendly , however they don’t speak very good English , but they are all very patience . Breakfast was good , not very crowded . Dinner was great ! Very delicious Thai food . Pool was good too . Recommend those who travel with cars , because the location is abit out of town . Overall , it was a great stay .

It was a great experience in this villa. Although it’s located in the Phuket town still we found reaching to some places wad bit hard but that’s just about the location but everything else is top notch. Loved the villa so much it gave us so much privacy and it was incredible. Felt luxurious. Fantastic service as well. Had to pay extra 200 baht per hour for early check in though

Affordable hidden gem of Phuket. Comfy beds and silence in the room at night made a quality good sleep. Large space of breathable common area is incriable.. Feeling of freedom and relaxing. Easy for WFH. Nearest beache can be reached by just 5 minutes walk on the right. Although it's not the most beautiful beach but it's so uniqe and peaceful.. rarely tourist there. It has local resturants to sit and sib there, but if you walk a minute future you will reach a local fisherman village. In the morning and evening, i tried getting some foods and cups of ice coffee in the village..they were yummy and super cheap. On the morning, I recommend the fried chickens..super yummy and just 20 baht each. Eating and enjoying beside the beach is paradise. Easy to access other famouse places in Phuket by renting a motobike or calling a GrabBike. This place is like home..not so bussiness..you can stay long..meet real local people. Feeling so relax.

I booked a room with a nervous mood, but it was surprisingly good after I arrived. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff service was also very good. The beach is just a few steps away. I sat on the beach and had a candlelight dinner, which was very romantic. It can be seen that it is not a new hotel, but it is worth the price. Just over 1,000, a sea view beach hotel, what else do you want? Bicycles...
