The AC was definitely way too loud and the chairs to sit outside need replacement! But the staff was kind and helpful and the atmosphere was great

Good location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to taxi's and tuk tuks right outside the hotel. Hotel is ”tired ” looking - several areas in need of repair around the pool (damaged tiles etc) jacuzzi didn't work. The shower in the room was shocking. Very low pressure and temperature changed from hot to cold throughout the shower. The glass door also wasn't long enough so the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. Room very basic however clean enough. Lighting in the room was too low also which made the room seem rather dark. Robes,slippers and toiletries all provided and kept full throughout stay. More a 3 star resort than 4 in current condition

Great value for money. The location is excellent, a short 2 minute walk to the beach, close to Bangla road and an endless amount of great restaurants nearby. 2 massive swimming pools and a gym with decent equipment. The staff were very welcoming, especially towards my 3 year old daughter. The rooms were cleaned daily and our shower had the highest pressure I've had in any hotel in Thailand. The breakfast had more than enough options and the egg man makes one of the best omelettes I've had. My only advice to you would be to pay extra for a room than faces the pool as the rooms that face the road can be quite loud at night time. We had a great stay at Patong Resort and will stay next time we are in Phuket.

It was really close to Patong Beach hub. My only complains are for the breakfast. There were lots of Chinese foods and very few other options. Only one type of cheese. And the worst part was the coffee ☕️. It was terrible, at least for me. I noticed some guests brought their own coffee with them to the restaurant. Another thing that bugged me was the pool hours. The pool was closed after 7, which was exactly the time I wanted to use the pool. All in all, it was a good hotel.

This hotel is AMAZING but the staff oh my goodness, words can’t even begin to describe their kindness and softness I loved every minute of my stay and I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be near Pa tong area it’s a walking distance to the beach about 15mins and I find it easier to just walk instead of a taxi Patong is a very busy area, it’s near bangla road if you wanna party 😉 or just wanna go to the markets, for a massage or food. The hotel has an amazing rooftop bar and a restaurant, they have room service, rooms are cleaned everyday all in all it’s an amazing hotel and the location is perfect cause it’s not at the centre of the chaos 🫶🏽🫶🏽

Great location is abt 5-10 mins to kata beach and the cliff cafe. Nearby have many restaurants to eat. There is also 2 7-11 nearby. The hotel room is clean, big and quiet. Hotel provides great breakfast which my whole family enjoyed a lot. There is small accident happened during the stay, and hotel management are very helpful and provide all necessary and urgent arrangements and support to help my family. Much appreciate! Highly recommend!

The resort is full of forest feeling, with the fragrance of Ukrainian grass everywhere, and the view of the sea view room is pleasant, and people who live here can also calm down and enjoy the beauty of nature. The attitude of the service staff is very good, all arrangements are considerate and satisfactory! Worth recommending to friends.

Cleanliness: Can’t flush toilet paper but in dust bin.. someone may not like it Location: Recommended for people whose main purpose is beach! If for shopping, need to walk a bit and not really convenient if with little kids. From airport, took 1.5hr by taxi. Room: Our room was far from pool/reception, not very convenient to go out as well. Almost all guests I saw were families with kids. Pool: Amazing! My kids were happy to play with slides everyday. Sometimes couldn’t find deck chairs around poolside.

Very friendly staffs! Location is great! We always stay around this area cos its not that crowded. There is 7-11 nearby and lotz of street foods at late night time. You might wanna prepare your own slippers cos we did not get one. And the swimming pool was not as big as we saw in the pictures. Still had a great time as usual.

This place is just... WOW!!!! Loved every moment of our stay. The Location- Very conveniently located in kata, close to everything. You can easily walk to the beach but the resort offers a free shuttle hourly. Outside the resort there are multiple places to eat and the night market is an easy stroll away. The phuket smart bus and blue bus stop which is a cheap alternative to taxis and tuk tuks is literally down the road. The Food- The breakfast buffet was amazing and was charged at 250bht when we checked in but when we checked out we were told it was 350. This was the only disappointment as it was written in the room that it was 250 and we were told verbally. So I suggest if it's not included in your room rate you need to double check you sign the paper when you arrive at breakfast. However there are many food options so close and super cheap cocktails everywhere! Go down the street there is a little open bar and the guy there is really friendly and makes amazing drinks for only 100bht. The room- we stayed in the barray villa and oh man this was an outstanding experience. Yes it wasn't the cheapest but it was worth every cent. No pictures can do it justice. If you need want a cheaper option then the pool access rooms looked great and the canal in front of the rooms made for an excellent night swim when it was all lit up. I really loved Sawasdee and Kata, I regretted moving on to patong because in all honestly I hated patong! It was way to crowed and full of creeps. Just a very sleazy place and everything cost more. You yourself a favour and book your stay at Sawasdee!! You won't regret it 😁
