The two-bedroom apartment is ideal for families with children. Overall, it was a good stay. It's very convenient for reaching the beach and dining options, with shuttle boat services and paid tuk-tuks available. Upon check-in, a front desk staff member in a blue uniform initially assigned us a room at the very end of the secondary building. Although we had booked a lake view, the room's location meant we could hear motorcycles from the road and a noisy flock of birds in the garden downstairs. My booking notes were completely disregarded. I immediately called the front desk to request a room change, and a very kind and helpful staff member in a pink uniform then led us to a central room in the main building. The view from there was excellent; we could see both the lake and the distant sea right from our bed, and it was also very quiet. Many thanks to that lovely girl! Overall, it would have been a perfect stay if not for that minor hiccup during check-in.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is pretty good, especially their mango salad. Not bad but not great for a Hilton. Not as close to the beach as I would have liked. There are closer and cheaper options if that’s what you are looking for. If you are looking for a quiet room to relax in, these rooms are not for you as the rooms share doors that let a ton of noise in. Basically your neighbor would have to speak in sign language to not be heard by their neighbor. However, if your goal is to stay in your room as little as possible, this place would be a good option.

This resort has a beautiful pool area, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It has decent facilities but they are in need of maintenance and repair. We were there during the wet season and the ceiling in the restaurant leaked in several places, soaking the chairs. They placed towels on the floor at the entrance to wipe off your feet every morning but didn’t change them all day, so they were usually waterlogged and filthy. There is a movie theatre for the kids, which is lovely, but the screen is a white tarpaulin which is too reflective, making it hard to watch. Breakfast is okay, but the bread is often stale, the fruit was not very fresh, and the coffee in the urn was just instant coffee. You can order proper coffee (cappuccino, espresso, etc) from the ice cream shop next to the restaurant area, and we discovered upon checkout that they didn’t charge us for this, but included it in the breakfast, which was great! But because they don’t advertise this, and because the ice cream shop appears closed until 10:00, most guests suffer through with instant coffee, not knowing there are other options. There are several bar areas where you should be able to order snacks and drinks and exchange towels, but they were never staffed, and it was hard to find anyone to help. There was an incident one night with an electrical fire at 3 AM and the staff who cleaned up the mess in front of our rooms did so with loud shouting conversations for over an hour, while pushing water loudly across the floor with shovels. The next morning, instead of offering an apology, the manager greeted us by asking when we were leaving, which seemed an odd and unprofessional way to initiate a conversation about guest satisfaction. The rooms smelled musty and dank, and housekeeping didn’t regularly clean the rooms and change towels, unless we specifically asked them to. They usually came to check the rooms in the evening when we were already getting into bed. The beach is beautiful but it is across the road and reaching it requires walking through an unattractive garbage-strewn field. There are lifeguards and they did a good job marking safe areas to swim, but the beach is not ideal for young children as there is a strong undertow. The kids loved the slides and the pool and overall we had a good stay, but unless this hotel receives some upgrading and better maintenance, we would not stay here again.

Would stay again — way cheaper than other places I stayed in Phuket!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a comfortable experience, but the hospitality needs work. The check-in process felt too quick and lacked a personal touch; a warm greeting or welcome drink would have been nice, especially since we checked into multiple rooms. While the staff were polite, a more engaging atmosphere during check-in would really enhance the guest experience. The rooms were well-maintained, but I believe focusing on hospitality could take this hotel to the next level. Looking forward to seeing improvements on our next visit!

Nice hotel with friendly service. The pool was quite large with great views over Surin and Bang Tao beaches! The bar by the pool was closed in the evening, which was a shame, but it was off season. Coffee in the restaurant was good!

Staff are very nice and welcoming, they let me check in early like 11.30 which is great :) the bed and pillows are comfy, room is clean, everything is new as a new hotel. The pool at the top is very nice if you like sunbathing a little bit smaller than I expected but still nice and enjoyable. I got a city view on the 5fl it a bit noisy at night because of the car and the bike specifically. The best thing of this hotel is the location just a 1 mins walk to 7-11 and a 5min walk to Porto de Phuket and many Thai and western restaurants around.

Location - as expected was further from the main shopping area. Very peaceful at night. But a little inconvenient if you arrive on a late flight and want to buy snacks or drinks as there is not even a mini mart nearby. There is a free shuttle to boat avenue every hour from 11am till evening. Boat Avenue has a huge supermarket and a lot of eateries, but don't expect as much as Patong area. Service - service from staff is good in general with the exceptional of 1 young staff from housekeeping (refer to review of cleanliess below) Cleanliness of room (One Bedroom Suite) - It's disappointingly dirty for a new resort that's supposedly 4 or 5 stars. When we checked in to our first room, upon entering the toilet, there were visible URINE STAINS AND DROPLETS on the floor around the toilet bowl. The urine smell was horrendously terrible, like that of a public hotel. I went down to the reception, and the staff on duty was kind enough to offer a room change, even though I asked for housekeeping to come and clean it. He said the staff on duty was a young boy (same staff with bad service mentioned above) and that a room change would be tons better. I agreed. The concierge staff then brought me to the new room and asked me to check if it's okay. To my horror, there were **** stains on the SEAT. But because the floor was clean and it didn't smell bad like the previous room, I said this new room is better. He then said he would arrange for housekeeping to come and clean the toilet. We waited 25mins and finally at 1045pm, the young boy arrived. The first thing he said when I opened the door was ”you want to clean the toilet? I am not maid. Tomorrow you ask the staff to clean” I was appalled and speechless. He repeated it again ”I am not maid”. I then replied ”I waited 25mins cause the reception told me that housekeeping will come to clean. Now you are saying you are not? Okay fine I'll go back to reception” He immediately had a change of tone and said ”okay let me see, is just the toilet?” Then he went to check and said he will clean it. That was just the icing on the cake. We realised there was hair in the drawer where the hairdryer is kept. Toothpaste stains on the mirrors and sink. Hair on the toilet floor, a weird green paste like stain on the floor, food stains on the coffee table, etc. For the 3 nights we stayed, all these stains stayed too. All housekeeping does daily is make the bed, change the towels, and clear the trash. Even on our last night, we came back to the new hand towels placed IN the sink. (Refer to photos) Pity I did not take photos of the urine and **** stains, wish I thought to do so earlier. Food - Just okay. Average. Overall, very disappointing stay given the amount we paid. Definitely need to step up in terms of cleanliness. Considering the location is not very convenient, you are better off booking something else closer to amenities.

The hotel was exceptionally hospitable—after we initially called them for directions and still couldn’t find our way, they proactively called us back within five minutes to assist. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who offered us a refreshing, ice-cold local fruit juice. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, the team kindly accommodated an early check-in so we could rest. To our surprise, they even upgraded us to a stunning room that was incredibly spacious, filled with natural sunlight, spotlessly clean—there wasn’t a speck of dust—and featured thoughtful touches like a double sink for him and her. The hotel is brand new, immaculately clean, and carries a fresh, pleasant scent throughout. It’s a perfect getaway. When I return to Phuket, this will undoubtedly be my top choice.

I recommend the hotel. Great breakfasts, the number is comfortable, everything is new. A well -groomed territory, very polite staff. I especially want to note the wonderful guy Bom who brought us to the beach, and created us a good mood. Very polite, initiative and responsible. made a very positive impression.
