I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elite Suites, Phuket, with my family for a short vacation. We opted for the Family Suite, which was spacious, well-furnished, and ideal for a small family. The comfort level of the accommodation was commendable, and all essential amenities were thoughtfully provided. The service throughout our stay was consistently good. The staff were polite, responsive, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options and was well-prepared, catering to both adults and children. One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool, which was clean, well-maintained, and a definite hit with the family. Overall, Elite Suites proved to be an excellent choice for a family vacation. I would highly recommend it to those seeking a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Phuket.

The location was ideal and located within walking distance of many location attractions and restaurants. Room was very modern and clean, however on our 2nd night there were painting works along the corridor that was pungent smelling & it affected my sleep & cause headache . However, other than that, I highly recommend this hotel for your Phuket trip. The staff service was good & spoke English.

The view from our room was amazing! Just what I saw in the picture. Reception was very helpful and well behaved. Room service was good but room cleaning service was not up to the mark. The cleaner never changed the water glasses and spoons. Except this everything was good.

The hotel is lovely. Every unit has a pool view. It gives a resort vibe although it isn't near the beach. The bathroom comes with a shower cubicle and a long bath. I booked a room with 1 queen size bed & 1 single. But they upgraded us to a bigger room with 3 single beds which delighted us. The room deco is nice. I like that a halal restaurant, Casablanca is within the hotel. You can dine by the pool or in the comfort of the restaurant. It serves Indian food which is delicious & reasonably priced. I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Phuket.

Budget hotel. But everything is so nice. Good location. Clean. Big rooms. Staff so nice.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The price was reasonable for the quality provided. The hotel meets a good standard and has convenient parking. However, no breakfast.

The hotel is in the centre of everywhere.7-11 is 2 minutes walking,also near to Central Phuket and Jungceylon mall.Room is clean and the size is reasonable.It has proper parking space (sheltered).So far we are satisfied with this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Sawaddi Patong! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The housekeeper name Mae, really did a good job to my room. It was spotless clean and smell nice everytime we came back from our tour/activity. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help - especially the staff name Ngo! I came with my 12 year old son. When i had to urgently grab something from the 7/11 store nearby, my son still wanted to swim at the swimming pool. I asked Ngo to help me lookout for my son. He willingly helped me by running back and forth the concierge, attending to guest and swimming pool, to lookout for my son. I was so pleased with him and I even looked for him at the resort upon checkout, just to tip him and thank him before leaving. My son was very happy throughout the entire stay here. He enjoyed the 2 big swimming pools especially! Appreciated the smooth check-in process when we arrived at late night. The bed is so comfy and im always ready to jump on it after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with a good variety of options. The location is convenient, close to public transport and popular attractions. They provide shuttle service to patong beach. Must book in advance. Well most importantly, I feel safe here. All the staff know us and I dont have to worry of my son roaming around on his own at the resort. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend this!

Self driving is good have a small free car park, quiet but close to big shopping mall in Pa Tong area. The hotel is small but new, modern design with good F&B in room dining service but restaurant for breakfast is small and limited choices. Small rooftop swimming pool and bar lounge available. Can spend a night here the bedding is good and soft. Since it’s a new hotel, seems the staff here are quite fresh, not expect very good service, just Q&A.

We enjoyed our stay overall and would happily return. The property is beautiful. The breakfast buffet and Madura restaurant was excellent and very tasty, with an amazing view of the pool . The staff took good care of us throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. They also have a gym facility and it was fun to exercise with a sea view. For improvements, we had no privacy with room 315, the staff was always in front of the villa( check my picture) and it was a messy view… I suggested to have plantation around the villa.
