Long term stay with great facilities and environment. If you are a nomad, looking for a place to stay - highly recommend this accommodation place. Location - Not very near to all the centre attractions of Phuket Town, is either you drive or use car sharing services/taxi. But there's a laundromat down the road from the hotel and it is very convenient. Food and 7-e wise, you have to walk for at least 6-10 mins depending on your pace. Facilities - They have a big pool, gym, and co-working spaces, very great and having a good wifi connection too Staff - Super friendly, 10/10 PS - It's dog friendly! Love the idea

I stayed at their hotel for 2 nights and I could say it was a great stay. The staff are so helpful and kind. I booked a bunk bed but upgraded me to a private room because I arrived earlier with a cheap price. The room was very clean and fresh. It was very comfortable. There were shampoo, bath gel, tissue, elctric kettle, glasses and cups for coffee/tea for free. There were tv and ref too. You can dine in at the restaurant and cafe downstairs. You can arrange at the reception if you want to go island hopping. The location is good too. There were nearby restos, 7-11 and just a walking disatance to night market and old town Phuket. Very good and nice hotel. I highly recommend this. Thank you The Arbern Hotel x Bistro🙏.

The room is beautiful and very clean. There is a balcony and a separate bathroom area. There are inexpensive drinks for sale, each one is a baht or two more than the market price. The staff provides good service. The parking lot is okay. However, the entrance looks a bit scary for people traveling alone like us (in the evening). The air conditioning is not very cool. I give it 8.5/10.

Overall a nice place to stay, has a gym and swimming pool which are free to use. Recommend hiring a scooter if you're there for a few days.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and really enjoyed the time spent there. The room is very spacious and bright, freshly renovated, has a comfortable bed, good water pressure. The hotel itself is 10 minutes drive from the Old Town, the most convenient way is to rent a bike to move around the locations The manager and the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. We can recommend this place for your comfortable trip.

I liked the hotel and the area was nice (less tourist area). My only complaint is that it took the cleaning service until after 6 pm to clean my room. Very inconvenient time when you're returning from tours at the same time.

The hotel is clean. A few restaurants nearby and a 7-11. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the beach. Good value hotel, but you need a moped or car. The staff is really friendly. There is a mosque right next door, which is lovely. Deluxe room, downstairs.

Located in a small street. Quiet and empty street at night. This accommodation is opened for monthly rental too. The staff is nice. The room is clean. Ok place if you have a car or motorbike

Check-in was smooth and simple — road outside the hotel is not congested and easy to return too as well. Cleanliness of hotel is good and housekeeping is friendly. Bottles of water are provided daily and room service is prompt with ironing board and iron request. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable, but not much table-top spaces to use (we got the honeymoon suite). Central air conditioning was also a problem in the day because the heat from outside makes the room really hot so the room was quite warm. Other than that, the bathtub, shower and toilet were all good. We were also unable to get any form of cutleries past 11pm as the restaurant was closed. Ultimately, still good value given its location and price point.
