The best part of this hotel is the swimming pool and water park slide. There are three pools suitable for children of different ages, making it a great choice for families. The front desk and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful.
However, there are some downsides. During the rainy season, the rooms are very damp, and the bed sheets and covers often feel moist. There are many insects in the room, sometimes even on the bed and in the bathroom. Housekeeping staff are polite, but they only use a broom and mop without a vacuum cleaner, so the floors are not cleaned thoroughly — there’s often hair and other debris left behind.

The child fell off the bed and got injured. There’s a deep cut on their face. The edges of the bed were very sharp, with wooden boards sticking out on both sides. The child’s face is now scarred.
The doctor starts work at 9 AM. We applied first aid in the meantime, and the front desk provided some ice.
The only good thing was that the swimming pool water was warm.
This trip has been a nightmare.
孩子从床上摔下来受伤了，脸上被划了一个大口子。因为床边非常尖锐，两边的木板凸出来，把孩子的脸划破了，现在脸上留了疤。
医生早上9点上班，我们先进行了简单处理，前台提供了一些冰块。
唯一好的是泳池水温是温暖的。
这次旅行就像一场噩梦。

ideal for families seeking fun pools, helpful staff, and a beachside location without breaking the bank. While the essentials are well-managed (cleanliness, service, breakfast), the rooms and facilities show signs of age, and maintenance in bathrooms and buffet restocking could improve.

There are big pools with slides, kids will have fun here. The staff are friendly and helped us to upgrade the rooms, but this is a relatively old hotel so the facilities may need some maintenance.

Hotel and facilities were good and perfect for families, beds comfortable. However disappointed of the cleanliness of shared areas such as pool area, it was not cleaned regularly, empty dirty plates and glasses were left for long periods of time, sometimes sitting over night. A empty cocktail glass and plate sat dirty outside. Our room from other quests for 3 days.

This hotel is very close to Karon beach, we can walk to the hotel in less than 5 minutes. We stayed in this hotel on a weekend so it is quite crowded during breakfast time and the pool usage rate is quite high here due to multiple water slides and kids pool

Location is good nearby the Karon beach. Room condition is not properly functioned, key card is broken, toilet flush is not functioned, door is hard to lock. Breakfast was okay but not tasty.
However, they are Good service and hospitality.
