Staffs are very kind and helpful.
When we checked in the rooms, we can still see some cigarette butt and hairs. And we need to ask the cleaner come in to clean it again.
And the sound-proofing is super low. We can hear people walk by and the sound-proofing of the lift. Especially when you stay beside a sweet couple.

Excellent services during the visit, very welcoming and friendly staff, the staff helped me a lot during the rainy date. The pool is wonderful with good view and music. The hotel is also close to nearby shopping mall and food court

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet includes a variety of choices, from Western to Thai. The room is more spacious than expected which is a bonus.

The location is about within walking distance to bangla street. The room is spaceful and with a big balcony . The swimming pool is so nice .
