Room: Got a free upgrade from pool view room to suite and it’s facing the beach! V good view and spacious, but it can get really hot at noon.
Service: First brought us up to the room and gave very detailed explanation on the amenities. He is really dedicated and nice enough to explain and check if the hair dryer, remote control are all in place, even helped to setup the TV.
Food: didn’t get the breakfast buffet and went to Hern for breakfast instead. The Caesar salad was really good and big portion, good for sharing. Nearby there is a Mae Manee restaurant, their food is nice, recommending Basil Pork, stir fry cabbage, paneen curry & mango smoothie.

This is my 4th time here and definately the best location, cleanliness and breakfast here! I have tried several resorts in Phuket, BAAN LAIMAI still stays at the top.

The hotel is right in the center of everything, the location is perfect. Additionally, the room was clean and tidy, with daily cleaning, and even the restaurant was excellent. I have nothing bad to say.

Our feeling is average, the hotel is beautiful but need some renovations, especially around the swimming pool, it's quite dangerous because the wooden floor is very damage. The breakfast is quite nice, a lot of varieties. The location is good as well. The room are well designed.
Now the downside, the prices were extremely high and for this, we expected high quality standards. First the staff, most of them were friendly especially Dear the man who help us with the luggage and book our taxi and Karen who help us to solve an issue with our first room. But at the reception and the cleaner are sometimes a bit rude which is not acceptable. Everything you ask, you have to come down at the reception which is quite far for most of the room because of communication issues. The worst, the WiFi was a nightmare, it didn't work well and we had to use all our roaming data in 4 days. Then the mattress is really hard not confortable.
We are repeat customers and we thought we would have been welcomed better and especially when you pay the price we paid !
We may comeback but if we pay for what we get...

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent hotel reservation, as it has significantly impacted my honeymoon experience.
1. **Deluxe Beach Room Reservation**: I specifically booked a deluxe beach room after seeing appealing pictures. Upon arrival, I was informed that the pictures depicted a grand room, which was under maintenance. This is misleading and unacceptable. Additionally, I made a special request that was not honored, further adding to my disappointment.
2. **Beach Front Room Issue**: I also reserved a beach front room, but I was instead given a pool front room due to all beach front rooms being occupied. I made this reservation on November 3, 2024, well in advance, and expected my request to be fulfilled.
Given that this is a special occasion for me and my partner, I am very disappointed with the service provided. I would appreciate your immediate attention to these matters and a resolution that reflects the commitment Trip.com represents.

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that was really disturbing is that I had some kind of bugs in my bed.. I was prepared for some bugs because its Tailand, but not in my bed..

We enjoyed our stay here. The beach is literally across the road and the water is clean & warm. It’s a short walk to Bangla Road as well as lots of other food eateries and shops nearby. We loved the buffet breakfast - there is lots to choose from, should satisfy all tastes (Western, Continental, Asian, Indian, pastries, fruits/salads and the breakfast staff are very attentive. Our room 6401 was on the sixth floor and it certainly had plenty of space and accommodation as well as being very clean. We did experience noise from a bar in the side street til 5am most nights but overall this was not really an issue once you fell asleep. The nightly entertainment at the actual resort is fabulous too. Highly recommend Baan LaiMai.
