I am happy with my deluxe Seaview room, which comes with full amenities needed for my stay. The reception & service staffs were courteous & efficient. I thoroughly enjoy my stay at The Boathouse😊

I have to complain. This 3,000+ hotel is really the same quality as a 300-yuan hotel in China. When I booked the hotel, I saw some comments saying that this houseboat hotel is of the same quality as a domestic budget hotel. But I saw a lot of good reviews at the time, so I still booked it. I don’t know where those good reviews came from. It’s really a rip-off. It doesn’t match the price. It was booked for more than 3,600. A family of 3 was traveling. One room was only for two people, and one more person cost more than 700 yuan. That’s equivalent to 4,000+ per room. A budget hotel’s quality of 4,000+ per night. I really don’t know if this price is set by the platform or the hotel. It seriously affected my mood for vacation. Although it is on the beach, the beach environment is very average. There are too many people and the hygiene is also poor.

The hotel is in a great location, next to Kata Beach. You can have breakfast while looking at the sea. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can pay for an extra bed if you bring a child. It costs about 200 yuan per night for a child, including breakfast. The facilities are a little old, but overall it meets expectations and is well received.
