It is secluded and very private, so you might like that if you want to stay indoors for your staycation. However, there's no gym, restaurant, or other facilities other than your villa. There's an app that you can use to communicate with staff but it's hard to talk to staff face to face as they only come to work from 10 am to 7 pm (not so sure when they leave work tho)
The villa itself is great but service wise, I am not so sure if I want to come back here again

The perfect vacation experience!
📍Near Kamala Beach, it takes about 10 minutes to drive and is a bit far to walk. It is recommended to take the hotel's shuttle bus service. There is a 711 about 15 minutes' walk away, where you can buy needed items. Although the location is a bit remote, it is quiet and undisturbed, making it suitable for a leisurely vacation.
🏠Environment: The environment of the small independent courtyard is very good! The yard is large and has many plants. The only drawback is that there are many mosquitoes. You need to spray mosquito repellent when sitting/lying in the yard. The scenery is very beautiful. I like to lie down on the lounge chair next to the swimming pool in a daze. There is a fan on the pavilion, and the breeze is just right, making me feel inner peace.
👩💼Service: When checking in, you can download the hotel’s app (you need an Apple ID from other regions, which cannot be found in China). All required service reservations and contact with the hotel can be found here. We booked an indoor floating breakfast. The indoor spa and indoor BBQ are very good experiences. Communicate with the housekeeper at any time through the app, and the messages are replied very quickly. If you don't use the app, it is completely OK to go to the front desk during their working hours from 7:00-22:00. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, with particularly good attitudes. Compared with other resort hotels, I think Bell is very cost-effective. I will book this hotel to stay for a few more days next time I go to Phuket!
