What really made my experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed.
The resort itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

They have problem on they website didn’t show if someone came to visit you the want to charge you 1000 and the swimming pool open from 9am to 6 pm
My recommended to anyone go different hotels you will be have more privacy

The hotel's location is very good. The room is very quiet. Fully equipped, the swimming pool is fantastic and suitable for family outings. The service staff's work is excellent and very enthusiastic

Nice resort covering a large area. Staff were friendly and accommodated to my request of having both rooms side by side. Biggest plus is their swimming pool and water slides. Breakfast was good. We went out for Thai food most of the time as location was great and all within walking distances. Be prepared with mosquitoes but manageable.

The hotel is just enough out of the way to be quiet but not to far to access all Patong had to offer. The staff are quite friendly but it’s a big hotel so things get missed. The pool is a great way to spend the morning before heading to the beach for sunset.

I really like this resort except the reception didnt tell me about checkout must be before 12pm. I ask the reception can i leave my luggage at the reception come to pick up around 2pm then can i checkout after he sayd ok fine. But at the moment i came to the hotel at 2pm the reception wants me to give them 500 baht fine for it.

We stayed here for songkran, the location was very convenient.
The bed was the highlight of the room, so comfortable that was really hard to get up in the morning.
The breakfast provided was really nice, and their fruit selection was the best part of it

I booked the property and informed hotel that it's my parents anniversary. They failed to make arrangements. Even the hotel staff is unable to communicate fluently in English. Not a great estate.
