Great facility and I love the pool outside the villa! The floating breakfast! I enjoyed the friends from Forest! Birds love out floating breakfast too!

Great villa resort for value! Services were great but not very detailed (front deck didn’t say happy birthday to my wife when checking in) facility a bit old. Overall great in most aspects!

It was a great experience here. The resort provides lots of activities like yoga, kayak sightseeing, cultural workshops, cycling, etc. Also SPA here was amazing and staff here were very professional and patient. We will come back definitely next time.

Very good facility! I’m amazed by the magnitude of the hotel campus and I must say I the main pool so much, it’s relatively big and it has more than enough space for you to sunbathe near the poolside. One thing that I also appreciated very much is the fact that hotel provides bicycles for guest to ride on free of charge and we rode all the way to the beachfront after breakfast. The staff were also very friendly and helpful when we were waiting for check jn. Would definitely recommend to my friends and revisit the place for another vacation!

The worst hotel ever in terms of operations. I had my reservation through Amex Platinum FHR, it was charged to my card. By the time I arrived the hotel that charge was not posted yet. And the check in person took my card and put 18K Thai Baht on it, supposedly for “deposit”. But later on I found out that the 18K Thai Baht amount was actually being charged and posted on my account, so I got charged twice.
It’s already quite unprofessional for such an amateur mistake to happen for a 5 star international brand hotel. And I contacted the customer service team, they are telling me it takes 2-4 weeks to process the refund due to banking issue. I have never heard such saying a digital refund takes 2-4 weeks in this world, not to mention who will bear the forex loss and transaction fees etc.
Very inefficiently run hotel and they don’t seem to go above and beyond and try to resolve issues for you.

It is a wonderful experience to visit the Banyan tree at phuket again. Of cause there always has room to improve. I know they also know what to improve. See them next time. Will see.

Jason was very nice and welcoming and quick to respond to anything.The hotel has a lot of infrastructure like a pool and a golf course.The hotel is equipped with many national restaurants, which serve you delicious food, and the dinner is very good.
