Good resort for kids although the layout is slightly strange and you need an umbrella to get around when it’s raining. Unfortunately, we had a bad encounter with the tour counter (a case of paying for private tour but was sent on one with 16 others) and also all 8 of us in the travel party went down with norovirus in succession.

We stayed at Emerald Phuket Beach Resort with our family and children, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
The front office manager (the lady) was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the entire staff were so polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is fantastic for families with kids — my girls especially enjoyed the kids club, mini water park which kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay.
The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax after our daily outings. Another big plus is the location — everything you need is close by. There’s a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away, along with massage parlors and a pharmacy, which made things so convenient.
Overall, it’s a perfect choice for a family-friendly, relaxing holiday in Phuket. Highly recommended!

Booked for one night with this hotel, located in Karon.
Beautiful beach just directly opposite the hotel.
Room is spacious but housekeeping didn’t do their job properly as the toilet bowl was left with stains, this is a little too much for me. Besides that our room is full of the mouldy smell once you entered it.
Staff were very helpful with check in and sending us around with buggy. You have to prepare THB3000 for deposit and wait for 10 minutes during check out for them to do inspection before you can retrieve your deposit back.
However I have called hotel twice for the international adapter/ converter twice, they told me will get back to me twice but end up there were no response from the hotel side.
Hotel breakfast was great, wide selections.

The facilities is good, big room& comfort. Have massage shop nearby. But breakfast buffet can be improve for food quality. No papaya & pineapple😑😑

Good for family stay with water playgrounds for both children and adults! The room is very spacious with a good size sofa and table.
