Booked for one night with this hotel, located in Karon.
Beautiful beach just directly opposite the hotel.
Room is spacious but housekeeping didn’t do their job properly as the toilet bowl was left with stains, this is a little too much for me. Besides that our room is full of the mouldy smell once you entered it.
Staff were very helpful with check in and sending us around with buggy. You have to prepare THB3000 for deposit and wait for 10 minutes during check out for them to do inspection before you can retrieve your deposit back.
However I have called hotel twice for the international adapter/ converter twice, they told me will get back to me twice but end up there were no response from the hotel side.
Hotel breakfast was great, wide selections.

The facilities is good, big room& comfort. Have massage shop nearby. But breakfast buffet can be improve for food quality. No papaya & pineapple😑😑

Good for family stay with water playgrounds for both children and adults! The room is very spacious with a good size sofa and table.

This hotel is excellent, located right next to the beach, and it features two large slides along with smaller ones for younger kids. However, not all pool access rooms have direct access to the water slide area; some require a walk to get there.
The cleaning service could use improvement. We woke up around 9:30 AM, and the cleaning staff rang the bell to ask if we were available for our room to be cleaned. When we requested that she return later, she used her phone to translate into English, explaining that there were several checkouts and she couldn't clean our room at that time. She then asked if it was okay to just change the towels and take out the trash. This suggests that the hotel may be understaffed.

Hotel room is spacious, suitable for families. But the pools are designed in a segregated way that each pool are not at all connected to each other. The ONLY WAY to access the pool is through small hallway entrances from the side of the hotel buildings, which makes it annoying and troublesome. Plus the cement on the walkway is super slippery and has got sharp rough edges too, which is actually dangerous for kids. Please improve
