The hotel is located on a mountain. If you are traveling by car, you need to rent a large cc car because the road is very sloped. There are convenience stores nearby but not many restaurants. There are many unfinished houses near the villa, so there are not many facilities. The room service is slow, maybe because of the staff. The location of the room is remote and you have to take a shuttle bus to get there. There is a shuttle bus for residents that runs every half hour. It is very clean and tidy. The villa is also very new and there are not many bugs.

Having enjoyed pool villas on a annual basis, Calucine Villa was by far the best villa I have been to in **********. Pleasant surprise right after our first trip after COVID
The ********** description does not include the variety of convinient services provided by the villa, thereby underselling the greatest value of the place
With their selfmade application and iPad they provide, free shuttle to the beach, visiting massage, breakfast and tour program with just a click. Our couple tried all the services and enjoyed the massage and the phi phi tour program( compared the prices with all local agencies)
But most of all, it has the most responisve communication service. a clear point of contact who takes care our inquiries and provides sevices.
I also praise their fabulous interior. Modern but also ergonomic

The Villa is no different from the photos. It is new, fashionable and fully equipped. I am very satisfied! I just feel like the pillow is not very comfortable!
