A Disappointing Experience Far from a 5-Star Standard Panwaburi Beachfront Resort is a prime example of deceptive marketing, falling drastically short of the promised 5-star experience: • Used slippers provided in a supposedly luxury resort—completely unacceptable. • Towels were faded, worn-out, and appeared reused. • The bathroom was basic, poorly designed, and lacked essential amenities. • The restaurant offered no fine dining, resembling a low-quality canteen instead. • The location is inconvenient, isolated, and lacks easy access to attractions or amenities. • The entire property feels neglected and cheap, far from the premium experience advertised. This resort relies on false advertising. Avoid it to save yourself the disappointment.

My stay at Panwaburi was overall pleasant, but there’s room for improvement. The hotel has a nice design and a relaxing atmosphere, and the pool area is beautiful. The room was clean and spacious, but some of the facilities felt a bit outdated. The staff were friendly, though service could be a bit slow at times. Breakfast had a decent selection, but it could use more variety. The location is peaceful, but a bit far from main attractions, so transportation is necessary. Overall, it’s a good option for a quiet stay, but not perfect.

This hotel is an absolute dream 🥰 I will definitely be coming back here again ! It’s so stunning with cute things to do around the area if you don’t want to go out too far but I would recommend booking a second hotel closer to the touristy attraction places because then it will be long drives up and down but apart from that spectacular 🤌🏾🔥

The resort should not be labelled 5 stars, they were very reserved on the amenities such as toilet paper and towels and the rooms were small and didn’t even have towel hangers. There were “influencers” taking up the entire pool with their photo shoots, doing photo shoots directly outside our room and the pool is too small for the canoes. The greenery surrounding the rooms is very beautiful to look at.
