The hotel is closer to old town which is closer to a lot of restaurants and massage places.My stay was ok. If you are looking for a place to crash and go at an affordable price, this is the place for you .

This hotel charged for late arrival and took a deposit for the room key, which was not returned. Although the location is very near the centre of Phuket I would advise staying a little further out of the centre unless you are having a very short visit.

The worst hotel I've stayed in in Thailand. The room smells damp like a basement, I just didn't want to be there.
There's no window in the pocket, it's not clear at all whether it's day or night outside.
The owners seem friendly, but there are a lot of strange rules. It feels like you're in a colony somewhere.
The price is very high for this hotel.
They also take a deposit of 500 baht, and give it back, but the hotel is so shitty that there's nothing to even break.
We stayed for two days, on the first day I already wanted to leave there, even in the first minutes in the room.

The hotel is located at the end of the weekend night market in Phuket Old Town, quite quiet, spacious, suitable for walking around this old town, also very close to the bus station to go to Bangkok or to other cities.
