This hotel is ideally situated. Everything you need is within walking distance, and taxis and tuc tuc are very easy to access. Paton beach is very close. I like this hotel because the staff are very friendly however the cleanliness is not up to par. The room looks clean at surface level. I mistakenly dropped an earring under the bed and when I reached for it I got the biggest fright….it was disgusting. Put me off for the remainder of my trip. The breakfast is good, definitely worth including it. Time is 6:30 - 10:30. They also have 2 big outdoor pools but that also closes at 8pm and there is a fine if you swim after hours.

Hotel is bit old . But location is prime and quite if you are looking to stay in patong . Not far from everything . We walked all the area around . Pool is nice too , deluxe room clean but the jacuzzi is not hot so not worth buying this room

The rooms are reasonably priced, but the service is disappointing. The staff can come across as unfriendly and rude, and both the environment and the resort are poorly maintained. This may not be the best choice for families, but it could be suitable for solo travelers on a short trip to Phuket.

Excellent establishment👍. Another wonderful 5day stay. Deevana will remain my hotel of choice whenever I visit Phuket. The gentleman who was in duty overnight ( I didn't get his name unfortunately) , personally got us a taxi at 04:30am to the airport after my booked taxi failed to arrive. Now that is what I call personal service.

Hotel looks grand from the outside. But cleanliness and service, not so much. Water doesn't drain well in the toilet sink and shower. I hate hate hate standing in flooded pool of water while showering. Not very flexible with changes or special requests either. I'd expect better service with the rates we paid, and my expectations are never high to begin with. Probably won't stay again.

Location is great. Breakfast average but outdoor in extreme heat is a little tough and off putting for breakfast. But don’t get sick or injured. A large hotel complex and they don’t even have anything as simple as a first aid kit. Staff just point you outside somewhere. No desire to assist. Better locations to stay in Phuket

outside and the pool is nice, i ordered a room on the second and third floor but booked me on the first floor, 😔

If u need a proper sleep or good rest never book this. I would never stay in this place. On this vacation, we were unable to sleep properly as soundproofing of the walls are pathetic 0/10. At night when the door of the other rooms are opened we literally felt the door in our room has been opened. The group of people stayed next to our room were talking loud at midnight and no consideration for others. And with this soundproofing we felt they are talking next to our bed. Location is good Breakfast is also good got few options Tours and attractions - never buy in the hotel. Every attraction is minimum 3000+ bhat Just compare and buy on Trip or agents just outside of the resort u can get it for 50 to 60% discount.

The resort is quiet and very new, perfect for a getaway. Rooms are clean with minimalistic design. The forest outside is good for morning walk.

This is second time I live here,last time with one of my friend but I live only for a night but this time with my dad we stayed here for 5 nights,very good experience as well,here got everything I wants...air condition, hair dyier,big bed...and massage and swimming pool.the staffs very friendly and always smile.the position is also goog ,nearly by patong Beach and the main Street but not noise!my dad was very happy to stay here,thx to everyone who helped us!

Amazing. Clean & beautiful… just that toothbrush not provided. Jacuzzi bit murky coloured. Overall we enjoyed the trip!

I had a deluxe room and it was fantastic facing the main pool.I had bfast for my stay & it was alright if you don’t expect much. The variety is the same throughout the 4days I stayed there. The most fantastic part is that the hotel has two pools. The main pool has a pool bar and it serves 1-for-1 drinks during certain hours. Very near to patong beach and it’s a 20min walk to the nearest jungceylon mall. Counter staff has minimum English understanding so pls don’t have high expectations.Overall a pleasant experience. Only gripe was a tour group of rude mannered tourists that ruined the quietness of the resort.

We only stayed for 2 night and we’re absolutely love this place . Friendly stuff, clean and beautiful room, many choices for breakfast.
