The location is good and the staff are so friendly. As we were celebrating our anniversary, the staff made good decorations in our room. Very good services! We enjoyed the swimming pool very much.

Staff is TERRIBLE at reception. Rooms are not cleaned properly - DIRTY ROOMS. Towels kept had black and red STAINS all over the towel. Breakfast has limited items and not delicious.
Only good thing is LOCATION.
I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this property..

It’s not open type resort but kind of Hotel. Anyway, Staffs are courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good. BIG BIG rooms (Delux), but my feeling was, the hotel is yellowish themed hence may be it looks a bit depressing. Location wise it’s just in the corner of Patong Beach, quite area, 20-25 min walk to Bangla Road. Over all good hotel. Hotel WIFI is big FAILURE. Even in the rooms, negative point.

Bad hotel and i dont recommend it specially for arabs, their attitude so bad, their room service and food close at 10:00 pm !!
People normally can set and use the pool from our balcony no privacy, and the room not clean. Even their is no shampoo or soap in the toilet !
