This place had a sunny pool area all day which was a bonus and good location for shopping etc. I would have given it a 5 but the bed was so hard it gave ma a sore back and the bathroom shower was old, rusty and mouldy. The cleans were very good though

Clean & spacious rooms that are close to Central Phuket Mall. Only problem was they were always mosquitos in the room. Quite not sure how they got there everyday? 🤔

Proximity to Big C supermarket and Central malls a big plus for those who prefer a quiet getaway from the beaches, crowds and traffic. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful. Mosquito menace has to be dealt with seriously, though - regular fumigation of premises should help. Every room should have mosquito repellent and insecticide among the essentials.

This was my third time staying at Hotel 38. First of all, the price was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is Thai-style, with lots of plants and a swimming pool. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony for hanging clothes. There's also a coin-operated laundry room. The staff were also very polite. Across from the hotel, I eat at Po Po's Chicken Noodles and Pork Ribs Noodles for breakfast every day. A little further up, there's a Thai restaurant that's always busy. There's also a Marko right in front. It's also very close to Central Plaza, where we go every day to explore the mall. It's also within easy reach of the beach and Old Street, making it very convenient for us to drive.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, especially to walk and shop at the Central Festival, 5 minutes walk from the shopping center. Convenient location, 7/11, Big C nearby. Good hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. A little tired, but you can spend the night for a short time after the road. The only thing that spoiled the impression was a very hard mattress and very hard pillows. It feels like you are sleeping without a mattress on wood and the pillow is also of the same quality. The staff is friendly. The cafe at the hotel has budget prices, with cheesecakes and porridge for breakfast, for those who are tired of eating scrambled eggs and omelets).
