Rawai Palm Beach Resort

My son and I stayed at Rawaii Palm Beach Resort for a month. Our stay was very pleasant. It is a great place for families . My so met lots of kids to play with. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The only problem we had staying there was the WiFi connection didn’t always work properly in our room. The manager quickly sent someone from IT to try to resolve the problem. I definitely would stay again.

Great location in Rawai Bay, 2min walk from the beach. Amazing pool, accessible right from the room on the first floor. Huge room but with slightly outdated furniture. Breakfast quality can be improved (decent variety but not amazing quality). Very kind staff.

The swimming pool is a highlight — large, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a tropical paradise vibe. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including both local and international dishes. While the beach near the hotel is not ideal for swimming, it’s just a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, like Nai Harn and Ya Nui. Overall, Rawai Palm Beach Resort is a fantastic place for families or couples seeking a quiet and relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to coming back.

Very pleasant stay at the hotel, very comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, great pool, nice gym. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend it

Highly enjoyed our stay, despite the hotel being a few years old, the rooms are big and beds are comfy. The room was kept clean and stocked up the bar everyday. Room services was marvellous, check in and out was smooth. The hotel amenities were brilliant even though most of the time we were out touring which we used the hotel packages that offered good prices. Breakfast was included and buffet style perfect to accommodate all types of people eating expectations. The Location is brilliant and easy to get to many places. Overall, great family hotel.
