Ужасный отель. В номере не убрано, повсюду волосы. постельное вроде постирано,но всё в пятнах, дырках,полотенца тоже. Персонал отвратительный,на грязь в номере ответили- знаем. Но убирать не станем. Сказали можете не заселяться, но деньги не вернём. У нас было оплачено за 4 ночи и ничего не вернули. Мы конечно уехали, потому что спать в таких условиях невозможно и в ночи искали себе другое жилье! Во всем отеле,даже на пятом этаже воняет сыростью и плесенью. Эта вонь встретит вас при входе и вы сразу всё поймёте

Очень грязные номера, начиная от пола , заканчивая постельным бельем. Нет окон в некоторых номерах - об этом нигде в описании не указано. За это деньги можно найти жилье в этом же районе и сильно лучше!!! Персонал не пытается помочь, отправляет с жалобами обратно на сайт бронирования
