There is a coffee machine, which is rare in Thailand. By the way, tea-coffee-sugar are not provided in the rooms, but there is a kettle. The water from the hot tap is barely warm, the pressure is weak. There is liquid soap and shower gel in the dispenser. Safe in the room. The bed linen is good, they change it every day. In general, the cleaning is high-quality, they wash the floors. The quality of cleaning does not depend on tips. The receptionist is very friendly, she quickly resolves all issues. In general, I really liked the hotel staff. Since the territory is large, it seems that there are few guests, but in fact all the rooms are occupied. We were barely able to extend our stay at the hotel for another 4 nights. Ideal accommodation option. The price-quality ratio is especially pleasing. You are unlikely to find such conditions for such a price.
