Nice comfortable room. Wide balcony with table and chairs. Hospitable host. On the first floor you can drink tea/coffee and eat cookies, there are tables. Good air conditioning. The bathroom has sockets, a comfortable shower with a partition. They give out towels for the beach and mats. Very large bed. Blackout curtains. The room is odorless, which is important. Popular shops and a market are nearby. We would definitely stay here again. And also a beautiful view, we lived on the 3rd floor.

pros: large bed with a hard mattress. all toiletries available. location on a quiet street. large balcony where you can sit and relax.
you can take a mat for the beach.
drinking water and tea coffee were renewed every day. cleaning in the room also every day.
cons: the room smelled terribly, we were worried about our health. The smell was coming from the cabinets the most. and this smell is throughout the hotel.
there is no hot water in the sink, only cool.
the room was quite dusty upon check-in, we had to wipe it ourselves.
small TV, no internet and no YouTube.
the furniture in the room was tired.
when checking in, the sewage in the sink was leaking, but the owner quickly came and fixed it.
p.s. if you stay for 3-4 days, and for 2.5k a night, then it's quite good.

I liked the location and very responsive hosts. We slept well because this guest house is located on a quiet street. At the same time, the beach is 10 minutes away by foot. The room was quite clean, they cleaned every day, but for 5 days the bed linen was not changed, they just remade it and that's it. There were no animals. Very cozy balcony. Good value for money. Excellent hosts, attentive. A bit far from the sea, in the heat it is difficult to walk through the city. But this has its advantages. The hotel is located on a quiet street. The road to the sea and back lies through the night market, where there are many fruits, smoothies and shops. Next to the hotel there is a cafe "Orchid", you can have a snack.
