Hotel location is very good. It is marvellous that buggy service provided on request between lobby to main street. I can walk 10 minutes from main street to beach for surfing. Hotel have gentle and helpful staff. Hotel have lovely swimming pool. The idea is very good. Gym room is well-equipped with machines. However, improvement need to be made on the housekeeping part. Our room didn’t refilled with enough towel and toothpaste. Even we made request by phone, we didn’t get new towels. I have a happy stay anyway. Thank you!

Very very noisy, lots of heavy construction work going on throughout the day. All that can be heard is banging and drilling, not what you want on your holiday. They nickel and dime on everything which is really unpleasant. They frequently turned off our A/C using their central control, this happened about 7-8 times. In 34 degree heat this is completely unacceptable. They blamed the balcony doors, but we purposely didn’t touch them and yet they continued. They provide 1 key so you can’t leave AC on when you are at the pool, at over $150 per night in Thailand, this is considered a 5* resort but treat guest like it’s a 2* motel. Maid also continually turned off AC, I stuck a note on the control and said ‘Do not turn off’ when I got back to room the sticker was gone and turned off still. Pool toys are charge now, they didn’t used to be chargeable. Customer service poor, not welcoming. Staff on reception always seem unhappy to deal with customers.

It is a nice hotel but a bit of a maze to navigate around due to the pools. A bit of a walk to get out on the street but they have golf buggies which are usually available. Staff are very nice.

First time staying here Location : decent , it’s a bit far from the whole busy street but they offer golf carts to bring you there . Sometimes you have a wait a bit longer for the kart to come. Hotel is pretty new so things are still ok The pool water is very cold all day long . The staff is decent and the gym room is very nice ! We had to Change rooms on the second night because there’s an awful sewer smell coming from our bathroom . This could be because we had a ground floor room with pool access so I wouldn’t recommend it . The sound insulation is **** so you can hear people flushing their toilets at night. Not much excitement from the hotel at night

Hotel is very nice, new and good design typical resort with good service. Breakfast is good many kind of food and change every day. The pool is cool but it's bit cold in Dec for me. Very recommend to stay for holiday. 10 mins walk to Kata Beach and all the way have many restaurant and street food, massage.

Good hotel but the location is not very convenience. A distance to beach, but hotel do provide transport service to the beach. There is only 3 one way trip per day. Buggy service is available 24 hours to send you out from lobby to exit, if walking might need around 1km. Overall is good if u looking for a stay in Kata.

Second stay, still my favorite Phuket hotel! Didn’t expect the hotel to send a cake to the room on my birthday—coming back at night and opening the door to that surprise was amazing, thank you ka. Also, the room decoration on check-in day was beautiful. Love the fun pool design, friendly staff, great breakfast, and spacious rooms with a relaxing vibe. We’ll definitely come back again!
