There were a lot of ticks in the room, the sanitary conditions were worrying, the breakfast was terrible, and most importantly, the service attitude in the restaurant was very bad. When I went to the restaurant to eat, the food was not served for an hour and a half, especially the two waiters, who had a very bad attitude towards customers.

We had a fabulous stay at Mangosteen Resort. Thank you so much to the whole team, who made our stay really special. We came needing deep relaxation and to restore our minds, bodies and spirits and left feeling deeply reolaxed, refreshed and revitalised. Dr. Naveen and his team in the Ayurvedic Spa really looked after us. The therapists were excellent and it was wonderful to experience traditional Ayurveda in Thailand. The food was delicious, colourful, clean and healthy. I particularly loved the Ayurvedic Thai fusion. The whole team at Mangosteen were warm, friendly and professional, nothing was too much and they were always on hand to support and make our stay pleasant. The resort is beautiful, centred around a large swimming pool with bridges and Frangipani trees and a wonderful place to enjoy a reset which is what we did. We loved our stay, we were looked after so beautifully and it was just the tonic that we needed. Thank you to everyone at Mangosteen for such a super holiday.

I had a wonderful time here. It is the second time I have come here as I first came 7 years ago. Beautiful people food and treatments. I would recommend it to anyone needing a restful and relaxing holiday. The staff of the resort and always more than helpful to assist you in any way

I never felt alone. Staff, Accommodation, Meals and Spa experience were all 5 Stars. I love that your meals and spa treatments are included. I did the Wellness Retreat but will return for the Aryuvedic Retreat and a longer stay. The resort is a distance from the beach or tourist parts but this means you take time out for yourself. September is the rainy season but it is also a beautiful time to visit.

Everything was more in to my less expectations! The excellent yoga classes with professional teachers. The wellness center that was giving more caring and healing than I could imagine The accommodation that was a dream to sleep and wake up in. The healthy food that made me happy and energized every day The lovely and well coming staff that always recognized me and made me smile every day Thank you 🙏

I have just spent 10 nights here for a solo visit. It was a great stay and the resort is very nice and well kept and clean. All the staff are lovely, reception always friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar staff were a pleasure. Thank you very much Mangosteen Phuket!

I had a beautiful time at this resort. The staff were amazing, my room was fabulous and I thoroughly enjoyed the treatments, yoga, meditations and tasty meals. I needed complete relaxation and a reset, and it was perfect. I arrived when there were very few guests, so I basically had the whole place to myself. I have no complaints, and would recommend the resort to others who need this type of getaway.
