Good location, very close to Karon beach, right across the street from Tann Beach club. My room had problems with toilet and generally everything is old, but they try to keep it good. Acceptable for price and value.

Great location near to the beach and many bars and restaurants. Nice clean room with a great sea view.
Staff are very helpful and happy. Lovely pool. Good breakfast.

+ Really great stay, spacious and clean rooms with a nice little balcony from which you can see the sunset. The pool area was really nice and staf were helpful, a short walk to Karon beach and bars and restaurants..

The facilities are old and there are not many Chinese people. You will know why there are not many Chinese people after you check in. There are some human sculptures in strange poses in the swimming pool. I personally feel uncomfortable looking at them. There is no service to speak of. The location is OK, just at the junction of Karon Beach and Kata. The room hygiene is OK. I think the hygiene in Thailand is good. The facilities are too old and I paid almost 800 yuan, which is too expensive. The bed is not very comfortable and creaks. The facilities of a hotel in China that costs more than 100 yuan are not good.
