Had an excellent stay!! Friendly staffs and clean rooms.
It is located at the prime location and all required ameneties are nearby including money exchange, 7/11, spa, food etc..and its budget friendly too!!!

It's the best place to stay and very pleasant location . 10 to 15 minutes Walkable distance from beach. Really worth and small swimming pool for kids

It was just as I expected, clean, great staff and a fantastic location. I've stayed in Patong 8 times this year and will be back next week.

A modest and uncomfortable hotel, do not be deceived by the photos or the price. Upon departure, they said that the bed cover was dirty and that I had to pay for it 1200 b, I had read about the same trick in previous reviews but didn't believe it. My advice is not to come to this hotel.

Location is excellent , it’s close to a Market .
You can walk to the beach
You can walk to bangla road . It’ was a good place to stay
- they don’t provide tooth brushes , or small towels to be aware of that

The place is great. Friendly staff, clean and very close to the food market, like 3 minutes of walking. The beach is about 10 minutes away. Considering how loud the outside is, the noise is pretty noticeable in the hotel. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The only downside of this hotel is the TV. We got the old Katod-tube LG TV. However, we didn't spend much time at the hotel so this wasn't a big deal. Highly recommend this place.
