Simple and basic place with nice staff and calm location. It is location on a crowdy street, but hidden between houses, there is super quite, I felt at home.

When we arrived at the property, we were informed that there were no available rooms. I mentioned that I had booked an AC room for three people with one double bed and one single bed. However, I was told that I could either take a refund or stay in a non-AC room. This was very unprofessional behavior, especially considering the late hour.
The following day, I once again had to request a change of room in accordance with our booking. Unfortunately, we encountered the same issue, with the option of a refund being presented to us once more. After some persistence, we were finally able to secure an AC room with three single beds.
To compound matters, throughout our stay, there was no room cleaning service provided. This entire experience left us feeling disappointed and frustrated, prompting our decision to leave the room two days earlier than planned.

-все соответствует описанию. у нас даже был новый кондиционер.
-близко от остановки автобусов идущих на пляжи.
- самая дешевая цена что нам удалось найти в разгар сезона и китайского нового года (18$).
Минусы:
-КОМАРЫ!!! Сразу купите какое то средство от насекомых, если хотите тут остановится.
В ванной очень влажно и сыро, от этого плесень местами и комары.
ps
Очень дорого по соотношению цена/качество для Тайланда в целом! За эти деньги можно снять 4 звезды в Бангкоке, 3 звезды на Краби и 2 на Самуи!
Но для Пхукета это самое дешевое что мы нашли. Более менее отели начинаются от 50$.
При этом количество туристов так велико, что от этого становится даже жутко. Просто как кильки в банке.
Цены на еду в кафе и ресторанах соответственно так же завышены в 2-3 раза. Пхукет стал очень дорогим.
И еще, это старый отель прямо в сердце старого города.
Что бы попасть внутрь вечером, придется пробираться через огромную ярмарку из тысяч человек.

เนื่องจากที่ตั้งโรงแรมอยู่ในสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเลย นั่นก็คือตึกชิโนโปรตุกิส ป้ายโรงเเรอยู่ในจุดที่ตังเราเองสังเกตไม่เห็น จึงโทรไปถามทางที่พักว่าโรงแรมอยู่ส่วนไหน เเต่ได้คำตอบกลับบมาว่า อ่านหนังสือไม่ออกหรอ นำเสียงไม่ดีเลย อีกทั้งที่พักก็ไม่ให้ผ้าห่มอีกด้วย

這個酒店不能住。並不是因為設施差，70元一晚上要求不能高，硬件就像中國以前的招待所，70元也算是物有所值了。但服務基本沒有。
9點到酒店，打算把行李寄存後出去玩，但居然是鐵將軍把門。無奈衹好帶着行李遊玩了。
中午入住酒店，大概是生意不好，老闆委託了門口開店的來辦理。給了我一間沒空調的房間。我拿出攜程的英文確認單，開店的拍了照發給老闆。按行規這種事情以顧客確認單為準，內部的問題自己內部解決。但老闆不認可，開店的馬上把電話給我聽。老闆説泰語，不會英語，我們無法溝通。於是我告訴開店的一定要空調的，可以付差價。開店的也衹會泰語，但畢竟是面對面，意思通的。請示老闆後説100泰銖。我付了後要收據，她用白紙寫了一張，還不給我，衹讓我拍照。好不容易進了房間，洗澡沒有熱水，忍耐一下，擦乾出來去門口找開店的。她搗鼓了半天也不行。後來我看到浴室門外有個開關，於是提醒她。她開了後就出熱水了，原來是沒通電。
我向攜程反映了房間糾紛，畢竟是攜程，也不枉我一直在用攜程，處理就是專業。當即答覆我這100泰銖攜程承擔，酒店的事情攜程來處理。
綜上數敍，除非你像我經常一個人出去有經驗，能解決問題。否則就不要住之類酒店。
