The reception is bad attitude, the hotel is big and amazing, needs more staff at reception and to hire a polite staff

Excellent hotel! Really comfortable and lovely rooms, not entirely sound proof but it calms down the much rather busy atmosphere of Phuket. Friendly and helpful staff and the hotels amenities are splendid. Location is quite convenient. Local restaurants pharmacies and shops are all within a 10 minute walk. Very relaxing and great for enjoying the holidays

We had a great stay at RED by Radisson. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond whenever we had any requests or issues. They managed to provide early check-in which let us start our Phuket holiday a couple hours earlier. The awesome staff at the restaurant were also super awesome! They were genuinely friendly and welcoming, making our entire stay feel really memorable. We stayed in the family room which was very clean and tons of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids activity room was a nice surprise with lots of activities for the little ones. Only thing I would comment on is the cleanliness of the kids pools, which could do with some extra maintenance.

It was horrible … they were not able to check us in… I think they should shut down the hotel till they get trained staff. We asked multiple staff to get us breakfast box in morning but still they didn’t give us…this is rubbish hotel due to its staff location is good.
