Fantastic experience with Trisara. Ultimate luxury with exclusivity at its best. Be ready for a time of your life the moment you land at the airport, with exceptional service, amazing food and beautiful scenery. I celebrated my wife’s 30th birthday and the staff were so accommodating to make this a special and memorable experience.
Would definitely come again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury, private experience in Phuket.

The hotel has an unbeatable view and great service. It's a good place to spend your holiday in the hotel. There are many activities in the hotel. If you want to go to Phuket Town or Hanuman, it takes 50 minutes by car, which is a bit far.

It feels like a rather tasteless hotel. Compared to the above, the price is not much more cost-effective, and compared to the below, the service is not as good as that of Surin and Racha in terms of details.
I communicated by email in advance to confirm that there would be anniversary decorations, but there were none. The staff at the front desk who checked in did not even want to do the most basic hotel introduction. After collecting the deposit and sending it to the door of the room, they just left. The sloppiness was shocking. The swimming pool in the room is not heated. When the weather is around 30 degrees, the water is quite cold. It is basically a decoration. The Thai restaurant costs more than 700 yuan per person for a casual meal, and the taste and appearance are quite bland😅
The breakfast menu is OK, the all-day restaurant has good products, and the beach staff are very enthusiastic. Thanks to the guys at the pool bar and the water sports center, so that the overall stay experience is not too bad.
