Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights from early February 2025. Had a corner room on the 4th storey which was the highest floor. Good views of the mountains and swimming pool from the hotel room window.
The room was big and the beds were comfortable. Linen provided was clean. The bathroom especially the walk in shower was big. Shower and shampoo creams (from wall attached dispensers) were provided.
The reception staff service was good.
There was a hotel restaurant that served very good food.
Big C, Central Festival and Andamanda Phuket Water park are all within walking distances from the hotel.

Stayed in January 2025. The room was big so was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. It took some time for the aircon to cool the big room though.
From the hotel it's less than 5 minutes walk to Big C and about 12 minutes to Central Festival.
It's easy to get a Grab booking from the hotel.

The room is clean and the stuff are friendly and helpful. I loved the big pool. They also provide car rental services and the price was reasonable.

I traveled for business, and overall, it was a good experience for me. The hotel is in a very good location, close to Big C and various shops. The outdoor parking area is spacious. The pool is large but has a bit too much chlorine. The room isn’t very new, but it’s acceptable. The hotel is next to a Western restaurant that opens early in the morning and closes at midnight. Overall, I like this hotel.

Very good and affordable place. Pang is the best, she was kind and helpful in helping us to figure out our itinerary, book bikes and telling us how to commute. Very clean place. Good view to the swimming pool and easy to reach here if you take a bus to "Big C". Walkable distance
