We have stayed at many hotels in Phuket over the past year, but I can confidently say that the staff at Baumanburi Hotel are the best. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We were given a wonderful room with a beautiful view of the pool. The room, as well as the entire hotel area, was exceptionally clean. The pool area had a great atmosphere—relaxing during the day with music and beautifully lit in the evening. The location of the hotel is also perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Patong Beach. My family absolutely loved the hotel, and we truly enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to all the staff for their warm hospitality!

This hotel is so loud, because there’s a square beside where local music band party all night until 2am,…… and bad taste music for sure..
Anyway. I feel bad for what we have paid for . 260$ for one night…..
And stuff can’t do anything about it. We are here for new year too!
I don’t recommend this hotel :((((((( for owing me a proper sleep.

The location is great, shopping and eating were easily accessible. The hotel is a bit old but the room was large, just the light is a bit of dim. The reception service was great.

The reception and hotel staff are superb. Very friendly and welcoming. My expectations about the hotel were not high after reading some reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The pool is good, although there are some areas require attention. The grounds are well kept and spotlessly clean. The room was a little dark and was a little dated, but it was ok for our short stay. The aircon worked but the TV was a little difficult to use so we gave up on this. There was noise from outside and other rooms until early hours, but in central Patong this is to be expected. Yes I would stay here again, buy maybe low season when a little quieter :)

Vi havde booket kingsize superior room i frontbygningen. Værelset lå lige ud til gaden og med de mange tuk tuk der kører rundt som små diskoteker egner det sig ikke til ferie med børn eller folk der sover let. Jeg spurgte i receptionen om vi kunne få et mere stille værelse og dagen efter blev vi rykket en etage op i samme bygning ind mod det øvrige hotel hvilket hjalp gevaldigt. Dette værelse havde ikke balkon og udsigt ind til nabobygning men støj her var til at sove fra.
Børnepool var god dog ikke til helt små børn da de 2 steder hvor det er lavt nok til f.eks. en baby er belagt med små sten der gør ondt at sidde på.
Men børn der kan bunde ved 0.60 meter vil hygge sig her.
Desvære var der en kedelig kultur blandt turisterne hvor folk lagde håndklæde på solstole fra tidlig morgen og så selv først dukkede op kl 11. Så ofte svært at få to solsenge ved siden af hinanden.
Personalet var meget venlige og imødekommende.
Man kan gå til strand og stort shopping mall samt bangla road så alt i alt et godt ophold og vi ville helt sikkert komme igen
